Really helpful staff. They even helped us gift wrap the present that we'd bought from there. Collection is pretty good as well.

Staff are always good to deal with but being a monopoly the booze is way over priced with little return to the community - 5 stars for the staff, none for their employer

Took a long time to sort out some beer. Not just a easy fix. Beer that was found was good enough.

If you want excellent customer service .... in fact, I would go so far as to say "the best in Auckland", then this is the shop to go to. Honestly, it has been many years since we have received such friendly, helpful "go out of their way" service from a business. Absolutely everyone we dealt with over a period of 2-3 days was absolutely awesome!! Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks, heaps team We wish you all the success that you deserve ... keep up the excellent work.

Been waiting to be served but my beer pushed aside and served white lady

Is okay, very busy with not much room to move. Selection is good but a little hard to navigate due to so much stock.

Not a very welcoming place in my opinion. Can do so much better with customer service. Prices are okay but I didn't see any deals, discounts etc. Overall presentation and vibe can definitely improve.

Great staff but you always pay extra whatever you purchase.

I love it cos my mum gets vodka to pour over my cornflakes at breakfast time...

I went here once and the staff denied an old man from buying alcohol assuming he was drunk and he could not be served. The way he spoke to this elderly guy was rude and insensitive. This old guy came to the liquor store on a taxi as well (responsible) than had to return. The staff need to make a proper assessment in future. I work as a doormen and we're trained to stop people coming in that is over the limit or appear like they've had much and I can tell you this guy wasn't. The staff made a choice, stuck to it, really rude about it. No good.

Good selection of craft beer. But... a crying shame that so much gets stored in the shop at room temperature before going into the fridge which causes oxidation and spoils the beer. I've had countless purchases i've had to return because they were off. I've spoken yo staff and management but no one seems to care. Sick of being disappointed.

The store was well laid out, areas were easy to find. Cashier was pleasant.
