Great liquor store with cool novelty items to purchase

Expensive prices as all West Auckland bottle shops are because of the trust.

People serving here are almost always short tempered and grumpy, and theres always weird people hanging around outside asking for money

Prices higher than anywhere else in Auckland. Apparent policy of hiring non-european staff who have all disappeared.

Staff always really helpful, went into day for wine for a present and lady was so helpful and recommend a good wine, and then helped with the wrapping and bow.

To like cider is to accept you will always be changing your drink... otherwise,they are well stoked

Staff are wonderful, but I didn't like the feeling of being instantly judged as a criminal from the owner. It seemed like the staff had been told to assume that every customer was stealing something. I wasn't obviously. I understand it is a large store and theft must be a big problem in the area especially being a bottle shop, but I just felt uneasy thanks to the guy managing the store.

I have gone to alot of bottle shops in my time but I was so impressed with the Glen Eden store. There were 2 guys in particular that were outstanding with there customer service. I went in buying a bottle for a Birthday gift .... but walked out with an expensive bottle of vodka that i have kept for myself lol .... i am not sure how that happened but i was extremely impressed with their sales techniques. Over all i would highly recommend this bottleshop to anyone.

Excellent service by a guy called Ben. Very knowledgable and polite. You can't get a more professional experience.

My other local. Quite a wide selection but didn't have the liqueur I was after at the time.
