Today morning they refused to take my brown bin. I assume it is because it was a bit heavier as usual due to the rainy weather however if i can move it by hand then you could do it too (was left no sticker on it to let me know why it has been refused to collect). You might did miss the fact in this country raining many times and i signed and paid for 12 months not just on the days when it sunny to collect my bin. Also i've got not trees so im spending time and money to collect all the leafs and weeds that is comes from a tree that is belongs to the council that has been reported more than 6 months ago for pruning. Im used to put the bin outside for collection maximum like 4-5 times per years but it seems still too much for you. Might from this year i won't pay a penny rather just throwing over all garden waste through my fence a letting you do to the work, im not willing to pay when im not getting any service for it.

no matter whether it is planning permission or pre application advice this useless council will not meet the deadline and will apply for an extension. You would think that you did not speak the same language having to use consultants and get worthless reports that are just designed to cost you money and put you off the extension or build project, you want to build.

West lancs council are the reason that we have planning consultants its to tell them what to do and how they should interpret the central government legislation. In the good old days you could go and see them and get their help. That is long gone you have to pay for their help now when they are a public service what a joke. Pay for their advice and they cant even meet their own targets for decisions when you have paid them

I have to have my grandkids over for two nights. Even though I'm shielding. because the council won't fix a unflushable toilet for two days . And when they do come they probably will not have the parts required and if it was possible they would have zero stars . Wates and the council don't seem interested in problems

Terrible customer service, informed them of a dangerous H&S issue in a workplace, in the borough. Received an email to say a case was now open, a month later received another email to say case was closed, thanks and goodbye. They are a joke.
