Part of the company was acquired by Alorica but they still have an in-house Teleconferencing located along Chino Roces ave near Magallanes.

This was my first call center company. I applied here last December 2016 and I was considered for the position as technical support representative until June 2017.

good company and my trainer is great.....

Call center agents calling their clients stupid. The company should take a good look at this

You need to stop hiring tech support and start looking for sales agents. The work there is not even related to tech support since almost everyone is pushing for sales and do not care about resolving a concern.

Worked for this company for 3 years now and all I can say is that - thumbs up for the manangement esp. At&t acccount. Competitive compensation and salary.
