Shipped my car from US West Coast to Germany. All representatives were very responsive and gave me good and clear instructions about documentation and procedures for shipping. I took my decision to use their services after their quick and clear responses compared with other companies in the same business.
I was also guided to companies which provided conversion and insurance services so my car would be road-legal in Germany. That spared me a lot of headache.
It took a LONG time to have my car in hands and legalized (4 months !), a good deal of it can be attributed to the COVID situation and slow paperwork, but shipment took a while to arrive.
My car is shiny and well cared as it was when they received from my hands. I couldn't find even a scratch or dent. I'm very happy with it and that it was so carefully transported despite all the wait.

The team always answered my questions via phone or email quickly and honestly. I had a tight time frame to ship my car from New Jersey to Chicago.
