Great bikes, and great clothes, even if they are a little pricey. Even if all you're doing is browsing, they are really friendly people people. Upstairs with the clothing is a great wee cafe serving lovely coffee and really nice cakes

Amazing showroom, the way motorbikes should be shown. Staff very helpful and enthusiastic. Even my 4 year old granddaughter was impressed.

These guys are great. I got my new bike from them and honestly nothing was too must trouble, they really looked after me, they are friendly, helpful and they got all parts of my order together for me without issue or fuss. The bike is everything I wanted and a lot lot more.If you are wanting to buy a Harley Davidson, seriously think about using these guys.

OK, here goes, I'm not really a Harley fan at all, but I was commissioned to do their Google Business Photos today and I have to admit I had a ball. The staff and the whole environment is so geared up to customer service it's without comparison. The atmosphere is so relaxed that nobody feels pressured to buy anything at all, and trust me when I say there were lots of customers in today. Some bought T-shirts others enquired about bikes and no one was ever put on the spot. Car dealerships in Scotland, and you know who you are, would do well in borrowing a few leaves from West Coast Harley's book on how to treat people.
I may even consider buying a HOG from them in the future, well maybe. Actually, scratch that, I WOULD!!

Im not a fan of harley at all but thought it would be nice to pop in and have a look whilst i was visiting triumph/ducati and i must say i was impressed by the stock of bikes and the showroom is mint. i cant comment on customer service etc as i was only looking but its definetley worth a look wether your a harley fan or not.

What a great dealer we purchased a new crash helmet from them at their store at Thunder In The Glens. The girl who served us was very helpful and she offered to mail it to us at a small cost, when it arrived it was packed very well and arrived in good time. We have also used the store in Glasgow in the past what a great team. We will be swinging by next time we are in Scotland.

Excellent showroom well.laid out with upstairs cafe and clothing store. Lots of bikes in stock both new and used impeccable presentation. Sales staff seem very friendly & knowledgeable not in the least pushy and genuinely keen to help well worth visiting if your at all interested in HD or even just in the area. Cafe looks good too!
