I've worked for agencies for the past 14 years. And alot of that time I've worked at Wesley Willows. I must say that Wesley Willows is one of my favorite places to work. The people who live here are of course wonderful. But what's even better is the staff! Everyone is so helpful and nice. For someone who works for agency it's sometimes hard to go to work and not know your patients and the staff. But Wesley Willows staff make you feel welcome and they help you to get to know each patient before you start working. As far as a place to live. There's always something going on fun to do. And the food is great. I especially love the wildlife. I'm enclosing a picture of a turkey I cought eating out of the bird feeder at my patients house.

Rehab Staff is terrible and doesn't care about the patients they are working with. They are lazy and do not include families in some decisions with loved ones care. Do not recommend Wesley Willows for family care.

This Place Is a Joke Poor Management Unprofessional Ghetto Supervisors Disrespectful Lazy Workers Don't Send Your Loved Ones Here They Won't Get The Treatment They Deserve I Regret Ever Going Back To That Place It Should Be Shut Down .

As a parish pastor I was struck by the importance a retirement center held for adult children of aging church members. Pastor could you help us talk mom into moving to one I was asked several times. When I retired I knew my children must feel the same way.
I discovered Wesley Willows while a community member of its fitness center. My daily workouts acquainted me with residents who were happy to share what their community meant to them. My assumption that I could never afford to live in such a community was corrected by a visit with one of the sales and marketing staff. I was amazed at their willingness to work with me in financing my move to a Willow Ridge home last year.
Since then I continue to be amazed with each discovery I make of the services and amenities Wesley Willows provides. To list them would make this review far too long. Suffice it to say that I most appreciate the immaculate condition of the grounds, the spiritual and psychological support services and the opportunities to volunteer ones time and talent in a variety of ways. I enjoy telling my friends that my next move will be via a hearse.

My parents have been living in independent living at Wesley Willows for just over 3 months. Despite the limitations COVID has created their move in went smoothly and my parents are happy and comfortable. In talking to others whose parents are in a similar situation I feel Wesley Willows has worked very hard to keep their residents happy, healthy and safe while still offering them a little freedom within their building. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well maintained, it very impressive.

They boast and brag about being such an awesome place, but I was obviously discriminated against. Very poor management indeed.

While Wesley Willows is a beautiful place. This is a for profit organization...which means they are all about the money. There is not enough nurses or aides on staff and they use agencies to bring aides in. These aides no nothing about the patients. My mother is parallized on her left side with a dislocated shoulder and they are forever pulling on her and hurting her because of there lack of knowledge. And no one should have to wait for hours when there nurse light is turned on...they could be dead by the time help arrives. While they do have some Great help (Beverly)...they do not have enough! No place will be good enough until they hire the help they need. Patients should be able to see the same people on a daily basis it makes them feel better. Hoping there is a better place for my Mom before she leaves her earthly home!

This is how a business should be run. They've thought of everything to make Wesley Willows a true community that will meet the needs of older adults at every level of independence. Everything they do is top shelf!

I would just like to know what kind of place gives you gift cards and takes them out of your check? And you cant just decline the cards to keep your full amounted check. Great for senior care but Bill Pratt does not care about his "indispensible worriers"
