I love all the doctors that I have had there but this last one that I ve had is my favorite he listened attentively and always treated me well. Just very sad that I have to change doctors Since he graduates this year!

All 4 of my kids have gone here for the last 8 years but over the past year I have been having trouble getting appointments. If a child is sick it takes them an entire week or more to get them in. This is not acceptable. They are forcing people into immediate care or the ER because they have taken on to many patients. When you can't serve the patients you already have you should not accept new ones. Obviously they do not care about their patients well being.

A great place to find a physician! Although they are "residents" I have every faith in the doctors at Wesley Family Medicine. I can specifically recommend Dr. Nathan Pfeffer, who is my physician. Also, the staff is excellent: friendly and patient-focused.

I have been going here 10 + years an ended up disabled with a shunt. Tired of the residents that or not doctors not knowing what's going on with you or taking time to read your file. Long story short they will not sign for my handicapp plaque but the resident poir would. I'm so done with starting over ever 2yrs wit a new so called doctor. I'm moving on to a place that cares...

I went to see Dr. Erica Stewart for an employment TB test and the entire staff was awesome. The waiting room had protocols and sections set up due to the current pandemic situation and I was seen promptly. From the staff at the front all the way up to seeing Dr. Stewart, I felt like I was in great hands!

I haven't been to the office and never will.

I haven't been to the office and never will.
They won't even see me or my kids without me changing my PCP to one of their doctors.
Not happening. Aside from being a bigger pain in the ass than it's worth, I'm not changing my PCP until I find a doctor I like.

I would like to say thank you to my doctor and others at Wesley Family Medical Center for taking it time out to see me and going through everything that I asked about and I had questions about. I do believe I have one of the best doctors that I've ever had helping me get through everything that I was going through. On that note I would like to say thank you my doctor and staff at Wesley Family Medical Center for all the great work they do and helping others and making sure you leave happy.

One of the cleanest and best family clinics I've been to. I always receive the best support and help no matter what the problem is. The Doctor's and nurses are very kind and suggestful in helping patients get better , not like most other family clinics.

The intake staff are friendly and helpful. The nurses are skilled at taking vitals and making seniors feel welcome. Dr. Cloward was thorough and answered all of my questions, he went over my prescription drugs with me.

Love it here only down fall is the fact I have waited a hour the past 3 times to even see the doctor's face a hour or more and it's just really frustrating when you use your day off to go to the doctor and you spend 2/2&half hours there

Well at first I waited for an hour and was getting ready to leave. Then I talked to the receptionist and they asked me if I would want to see another doctor, I agreed and saw Dr. Cloward. This was the best visit I had to the doctor in a long time. He was thorough and friendly. He addressed all my issues and checked a few things I didn't know needed checked. Over all this was a great visit and Wesley Family Clinic proved exceptional at handling a patient with problems/ They showed me they didn't mean for me to wait and remedied the problem . I recommend this clinic.

Awful awful awful! My insurance called them questioning why they were making me change my current doctors office completely to just have an OB at Wesley and they made my insurance wait 30 minutes to speak to them just to be hung up on! After this happened I tried calling and waited another 30 minutes. This is no way a patent should be treated.

My recent experience at Wesley Family Medicine was great. I actually walked in for an appointment in the middle of the afternoon, and was seen by a doctor within 15 or 20 minutes. The doctor was very thorough, diagnosed my problem, and treated same. I was extremely pleased.

I absolutely recommend Wesley Family Medicine, especially my physician Dr. Sadiqi. She always takes her time with me, I never feel rushed. She cares about my mental and physical health, is not judgmental and allows me to be a partner in my healthcare.

I saw Dr Jennifer Pharris. I've been seeing her for a couple of years and followed her to this clinic. She is the best doctor I've ever had. She takes the time to listen to you and never assumes. She dosen't rush the appointment. I'm very heartbroken she is moving to Missouri in July but I'm so thankful that I've had her as my physician. She's exactly what doctors should be.

I've been coming to this clinic since I was about 16. Very clean, very friendly staff. It is a hospital residency program, so keep in mind the doctors do rotate through. It's an excellent place for routine care

absolutely the worst. I have been going here for years for the matter of convenience. Its hard to find non resident or long established Drs who are taking new pts. I started here just to get an inhaler RX years ago. Now i am getting into my late 30s and have a few recent medical conditions so its important i get established with a Dr who actually listens and remembers and treats me as a patient not a #. The website for this Agency shows all the residents on it and each one of them talk about how "fun and cool" it is to work there and how great the Drs are and how much they are learning. Best residency program around they say... UMM seems like the Drs who mentor these residences are the only ones who seem to know anything and good luck if you think you're going to see any of them. They should really step up, cause these students, dont seem to have a clue and are going to base all your diagnosis off everything they learn from their books and a generic generalization. You are not an individual case, you are a generalized statistic. You will be assigned to a new resident Dr likely each year, yet you will NEVER actually see that person. I am always scheduled with a different person each and every time I go in. The Residents are young, condescending and overly confident. They dont listen, but know everything, according to their iPad or laptop in front of them. I have grown tired of getting RX called out for me, yet never does the Dr call me to say why or review my results. IF you want to feel like you're a new patient each time you go, be asked the same health questions each time you go and have to tell them what medicine you are on EACH time you go, even though they are the ones prescribing it and they have it in front of them, and you want someone who will talk to you like you are wrong and don't have a clue about you're own condition, concerns or body, then go head pick this place. If you want the opposite, just please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I can't stand this DR. Offfice. I wasn't told it was ran by residents until my first appointment. Any or every health issue I have had while being a patient at this office. Has not been helped or even relived. They like to tell you how you feel & how you should be feeling. I'm so tired of seeing different residents I can't wait to find a different DR.office. Somewhere where they actually listen to their patient. Provide the best care for patient that works for the patient not what they think should be working for a patient. Give me all this medication that's supposed to help me. I tell them it don't help & they say it should be helping. What kind of medical service is that really makes me furious.

Started at this office in July of 2019. Dr Pfeiffer was my Resident, 1st year. Put me on a Anti-depressant drug. When I reported serious side effects I was ignored. As time continued side effects were visable to office staff, and still they did nothing. Culminating in the office Firing me as a Patient! Would Never recommend this place. Malpractice!!!!!!!

Saw Dr Saima Siddiqi to get established as a patient and I can't say enough about how thoughtful and caring she is! She took the time to get to know me and my history which is unusual these days.

Staff was helpful, wait was short, nurses were responsive and easy to work with. Dr. Lowell was helpful, very attentive, and gave me as much information as I wanted about my health options and possible next steps. Overall, a very positive experience.

My husband and I absolutely love Doctor Stewart!! She's very friendly and personable and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. And she's got a great sense of humor! Glad we finally found a doctor that is a good fit for us!!

I have had long experience with Wesley Family Medicine, first as a patient of Ruth Weber, MD, and then Jennifer Thuener, MD. Though a busy teaching clinic, WFM always provides me with good care - and I am a unique case. Both my primary care doc, the attendings and interns I occasionally see, and their nurses work hard to provide professional yet cordial service.

I have been coming to Wesley Family Medicine for the past year since I moved here. I have had great experience every single time. I have not had to wait to get it and when I get there I know what to expect and it's never a long wait. Dr. Casey is a great listener and I feel like I'm being cared for. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at this clinic for many year...

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. When I had insurance (PPO) they treated me great. And not once did I have an x-ray, Ultrasound, etc... To find the target of my pain. I kept my appointments with my pain management provider and followed my doctor's orders.
Never have I misused my pain medication. I addressed a new symptom in my lower back later to discover it's a sciatic nerve injury I did the researching and googling ways to treat myself. Which can become more damaging if not treated by your doctor.
When I No longer had insurance my care went to Hell. They stopped my medication for pain and now I'm in worse pain!! My provider made me feel uncared for.. And I really loved my doctor. The opioid crisis has got them scared to even care about their patients with serious pain. They had NO problem suggesting the pain medication for you... Understand this~ with the proper monitoring, UA, liver count and office visits NOT everyone misuse their medication!!
I'm really heartbroken about our last visit and phone call, which my doctor suggested stronger medication for me to help with the pain and possible withdrawals. Who the Hell have they been treating and caring for over the years? I'm the same patient who brought you Christmas gifts etc...
My doctor's decision to take my care less serious now because I can't call an insurance company and discuss my disappointment with my care and they informed me they DON'T have a Medical Director..
I'm an educated woman and I have worked in the medical field so.... Needless to say I'm really heartbroken and I loved my doctor! So I guess I'm looking for a new family and pain management provider. I hate starting over with new doctor's. All someone did was leave a message that they were sorry I was disappointed with my care and they thrive to take care of their patients. Show me!!!
I need any advice or referral to a great provider like I use to have. And I was going to have my teenage daughter (who still has great medical insurance) start being seen there #sadden #patientcare

I was looking for a new family physician and Dr. Tessa Rohrberg and Wesley Family Medicine had been recommended to me. After hearing about people's satisfaction and the high ratings they had online i decided to make an appointment and i couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and appreciate their patience time. Dr. Rohrberg certainly earns her 5 star ratings. She is patient, intelligent, fully listens and engages with her patients. I have already referred three other people to Dr. Rhorberg.

Dr. Mary Boyce is the greatest! If she is not available, there is always coverage by her colleagues or by one of the backup residents, and they are also very good.
Besides being very knowledgeable, Dr. Boyce always confers with me about the next steps in workup or treatment. Sometimes this involves choice of specialist to refer me to or perhaps the price of procedures, treatments or drugs.
A small downside is that there can be fairly long holding times for phone calls to the office. Sometimes I get around that by stopping into the office to talk in person; the reception desk is most helpful that way and it goes quickly. Plenty of parking even if they are busy.
I highly recommend Wesley Care Clinic - Family Medicine!

My partner and I have been going to this clinic for years! we have always loved the girls at the desk, the Medical Assistants, the Nurses and the Doctors.. We used to be able to call and get through very promptly and our hold times were never longer than 2-5 min..
Sadly since a new company came in and implemented new phone systems and brought in new desk staff; it has made us want to find a new Doctors office! the wait times when you call now are from 30 min up to an hour!! if not more. The two new desk staff they have are not welcoming, they do not keep eye contact when speaking nor do they smile at patients.. this makes for a very somber and unwelcoming atmosphere. No one wants to have to go to the doctor, but these few factors make it worse... What Has kept us there is the staff in the back, the MA's, the Nurses and our Doctors..

Been seeing them for a little over a year. I have been switched doctors 3 times. The nurses are rude, the office staff is rude. Dont think I have ever seen the lady at the front EVER smile. Don't care about you or helping you. NO empathy what so ever. I was told nothing was wrong with me and went to another doctor who actually helped me. Long wait times as well and takes month to a get an appointment. Do not recommend.

I have LOVED every doctor I have seen, but all nurses I've had contact with have been rude and unhelpful. The facility is well kept up and clean. Unfortunately getting in to see a DO is usually 1-2 months out.

Dr. Boyce is exceptional. She takes the time to get to know her patients personally and never makes me feel like she s in a rush to get to the next patient. She listens, cares and is respectful of my needs and time. I also value that she keeps current and I never have concerns about my medical care. I feel fortunate that she s my physician.

I am absolutely 100% happy with my Dr. She is kind, caring, and has a great bedside manner. Her name is Dr. Sarah Fatool and she's addressed every single issue I've brought to her in a timely manner. This clinic is THE best. All the nurses and clerical help have been extremely polite and curteous. I'll stay at this place til they boot me out!

Using Wesley Family Medicine as my primary care health provider is a good experience for me. I feel as if I get two sets of eyes for every visit. One set of eyes is a new doctor in training, always fresh and open, the other set is an established doctor, always checking and knowledgeable. I always feel as if I my well being is important and that my concerns matter. I feel valued as a patient. I also feel I am providing a value by working with a student doctor. It is a win/win situation. Thank you Wesley Family Medicine for all that you have done and continue to do for me and my family.

I've been going here since I was a teenager, my kids now go here but this office has declined immensely! Can't get an apt in acute care until the week of....whenever?! I'll be looking for wellness elsewhere!

This place used to be great, we loved our doctor (...

This place used to be great, we loved our doctor (dr. Klousec). Because of some unforeseen circumstances we found ourselves uninsured briefly and when I had to be seen I was treated terribly. I paid $70 cash to be taken off of a medication my doctor prescribed (literally was told she would not refill it) even though she had no previous knowledge of my health history. To me that is very dangerous given the type of medication it was. Then when she could not answer any of my questions I was told we could do _____ test but you can t afford it. Not having insurance doesn t mean I m poor, and even if I were, if I needed a test done you should have done it without saying I can or cannot afford it. I was humiliated and was not helped at all. She suggested I make another appointment to see my regular doctor but that I should be aware that it will cost another $70.
I will never return to this practice and I would never recommend it to anyone, particularly if you don t have insurance. If the doctor I saw was actually a doctor already (instead of a Med student) I would think this type of thing would cost her license.

This place is not worth your time. My child has never been seen there and someone called and scheduled an appointment and he miss it but I NEVER CALLED THEM. They don't care, so u be better off taking them too a REAL CLINIC who does verify that it the parent calling. This place should be Shut down for refusing a patient and they let Fake people use your child name and birthday but they never ask for the children social when u call an make appointment and if they did they would of Known it wasn't his Parent.

I've had good experiences with my doctors. I trust there level of care and was able to pick my own doctor (Erica Stewart) this last time. She was was a fill in the first time I met her and she made feel comfortable and decided I wanted to keep her and trust her with my diabetic condition. I believe with her help I'll overcome this condition and reduce my medication. Love her already.

If I could give them less stars I would. Go somewhere else. I once had to wait four days for a refill of a medication (not controlled) that turned out to be incredibly difficult to stop taking abruptly. Then they tell me to come in for a med check to get more refills which they apparently can't schedule less than two months in advance. Ffs.

I recently returned to Wesley Family Medicine after a brief absence. Dr. Ramon Nola is my physician. After meeting with his nurse, Dr. Nola actually listened to my concerns. I listed what my health concerns were in the order of their importance to me. After reviewing my labs, x-ray and medications, he told me what would have to happen next. He was very clear in his communications, and then he asked me if I understood and if I had further questions! The reception area is well staffed, the checkout area is now private with the installation of doors to ensure privacy. It is reasonable to expect excellent quality of care, and Wesley Family Medicine provides that!

Explaining to the student then to the doctor every time is painful. Patient history, getting to know your doctor and vise versa is not the process here. A new student and doctor every visit and going through your medical history again every visit? I thought that is what the laptop is for?

LOVE LOVE LOVE this office been going here since i was really young. I have my favorite nurses(some has retired) and i miss a few front desk ladies but overall never a problem. My 3 kids attend here and they actually enjoy going to the doctor!!!

Dr. Klouzek is simply a super doctor. He listens, explains, asks questions, and never seems to be in a hurry to get out of the room and see his next patient. At times I've had to see a resident, but have found them engaging and not afraid to check with a "teaching doctor" for confirmation. I've had good experiences with other teaching doctors there as well. Staff is great. I do, however, get tired of being on hold for so long when I call.
