Worst experience.. promised next day delivery of product and took full payment. But nothing is happening... Looking for a refund

This is one of the worst companies when it comes to customer service. From their call centre executives, to on site engineers, to the dealers- they all believe in sales and no after sales services and are very rude. Their Jaipur Dealer cheated us by not giving free service/part , though our machine was in warranty. It was a clear case of fraud on his part.
Service issues are not attended and not even heard. The call centre is just to tell you that service engineer will call which eventually never happens.
I had one machine and wanted to purchase bp5000 worth 28000 but because of their dealer and service, I preferred another company.
Will never recommend this company and products to any business.
