Wentworth Park Sporting Complex Reviews

As I walked past this place a few months ago, I saw dogs locked in cages of cars during middle of the day and it was a very hot day. There were a few men (possibly dog trainers) who looked very overweight and were walking their thin dogs up and down the park. Frankly, the owners/trainers need more exercise than the dogs. I appreciate that everyone has their preferences. It just was a very unpleasant sight to catch a glimpse of dogs suffering in heat pre-racing..

I don't know why the staff is very rude to the public. Are there something wrong with ours?

Went here for the collectables fair held on the 1st Sunday of every month.
Entry is $16 before 9a.m and $8 after 9.
Small coffee snd food shop inside.
There is a smaller lower level as well.
Easy to get the light rail from Central to here and walk 5 mins to venue.

OH MY LANTA CLAUS this pitch is pure brilliance me and a few fellows got together for a good game of poker smack bang in the middle of the pitch the scenery was splendid

Great Huge Park lined with huge trees. I prefer the south with exercise gear and playgrounds. Local schools often bring their kids here. North has cricket nets and homeless camped under the tram line.

Never trained a greyhound but honest their so cool.

The actual track needs some work but some good racing. Anyone who is against the sport just don't come here. If you like the sport and the greyhound as a dog then this is good night out. Yes small crowds but look at most horse racing tracks on none group 1 days.

Disappointed the drink prices have in creased though.

It's alright, I guess. Mostly an open field with some benches on the sides. The scenery isn't anything special

Travelling towards this place is too inconvenient if you don't have your own vehicle.

It's a different sight for kids and the whole family to enjoy.
It's a place where you can watch greyhound races that are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but it's more like a sport than a gambling concept.

You can also watch the race dogs up close, so the children also love it.
Adults have fun watching Gyeongju and doing small bets, and I recommend a sweet potato with beer and sour cream. There are also a variety of other foods.

As Central Europeans interesting but not sure if that is appropriate to the species

A great park just outside the Sydney CBD - the fields at Wentworth are used throughout the week for recreational soccer matches, and there is always lots of families with children on the playgrounds.
TIP - come early on a Saturday morning and join others on the outdoor gym stations.

A great night out with the boys. I mean shes seen better days but $7.5 spirits is pretty awesome.

Produces suffering for the entertainment of gamblers in pubs. End greyhound racing

This park is a great place to come for a workout. It has a lot of outdoor gym equipments and lot of people come here to use it. Not only that but if you need to do cardio the road around the park makes a great race track.

An amazing place to visit. Great facilities just no one there.

Love taking my family here. So glad they didn't close it down
