My back fence is shared with a WCH property. I had to replace the fence in order to get a pool compliance certificate from the council.

Despite many phone calls and emails to the call centre ( I could not actually speak to the people I needed to) they only came to the party when I physically visited the Penrith office. And even then the front desk and others tried to put me off.

I hope their clients get better cooperation than I did.

Very poor service to tenants. Difficult to contact. Won t return you email, letters, or phone calls. Tenancy Officers won t engage with tenants. We were much better off when the Department of Housing managed our property. Laziest people I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. I would be happy to discuss this with them if they wish to
contact me, but I won t hold my breath. They are taking Government funding and not providing a service of any value to the community.

Well today is Saturday the 11/1/2020 at 8.00pm and my neighbour just came in to tell me that his Bathroom Vanity Cupboard FELL off the wall he is disabled and cannot move it as I cannot it is heavy so we ring the After Hours Line only to get the reply this office is closed please call back Monday during office hours what the heck is the use of this after hours line if no one is there to answer it get your act together Wentworthit get tiresome

Like most providers they promise you the world at the start but that quickly falls apart. Their staff approach your case with a "One size fits all" approach and are so unreliable and difficult to contact that it's a joke. Even other service providers have difficulty in effectively communicating with Wentworth. In short they like the vast majority of support service providers are all talk but in reality are only interested in ticking boxes so the cash keep flowing in disgusting.

Our property has a terrible water problem. We have been walking on squishy wet carpet for nearly 2 years. Because of the problem the full bathroom was replaced 20 years ago, then we have had the shower and walls replaced 6 times since then. They always blame the previous tradies. 'Oh the water proofing wasnt done properly', then they just knock the shower out again. They never fix the problem, we have mushrooms growing in our hallway.Then they get building inspectors who cant speak english properly and you cant understand what they are saying. They get lots of quotes and still nothing happens. Over the years i have lost thousands in wages because i had to be at home waiting for tradies because of this problem. This is just a speck of the complaints i have about them. I WOULD OF GIVEN THEM ZERO STARS BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT CLICKING A STAR
