I was very disappointed with the experience as they did not post an hourly wage and when I show up to the interview I was informed that experienced professional tradesmen start between $9.00and $10.00 per hour. Although it looked like they offer a pretty good benefit package I do not understand how any adult would be able to thrive in their personal lives on this amount of income .Very disappointed!!

Best product ever made in the USA, and absolutely proud of the fact that I was granted the opportunity to work there. Working at Wendover laid the foundation for who I am today. 1 Wendover forever!

I was a healthy person when I started working here. Within 3 months I developed pulled muscles so severe I ran up an ER bill equivalent to 6 weeks salary. HR couldn't care less. Building is not climate controlled and you will get sick and miss work regularly. No one speaks a word of English. I felt like a slave. This place has a cult-like mentality. Unpaid lunch meetings which is illegal. Mandatory overtime. Wendover capitalizes on hiring refugees who are not aware of state laws and who do not understand their rights. This place needs to be investigated.

Worst company to work for. They treat you like garbage. They honestly have no clue what they are doing. They will change you from position to position without warning. HR has no clue how to run things. Entire management is the blind leading the blind. Stay away from here. You'll regret it

BEWARE of this company!!!! I should have believed all of the bad reviews I found on this company before I accepted the job. THEY ARE ALL TRUE. Trust me, I witnessed them first hand. They will apply a "bait & switch" tactic in the interview process and also run the company in a "cult-like" manner. Executive management forces you to "drink the kool-aid" and if you don't they will use it against you. Salaried positions are expected to work 55-60 hours a week, PLUS overtime on weekends and nights with zero raised pay. ZERO minorities other than a dominant group of hispanics in manufacturing department. The way the employees are treated are of a sweatshop mentality. I would not take the time to write this review if I didn't feel the need to expose and bring to light the major issues this company has. THIS IS NOT A HEALTHY COMPANY to work for or be a part of.
