Wells Fargo sucks. Right across the board. The only reason there's a star up there as I couldn't get on here without pushing something. Worst service in the world. You get better service banking in Botswana.
The fact that they cannot varify my identity while I am traveling abroad + cannot give me access to my own funds and support me during emergency situations on extensive international travels .... absolutely unacceptable
I will be switching to an international bank as soon as I arrive to the usa
WELLS FARGO BANK, National Association and Byron Nelson Parks, NMLS ID 1959403, receive one-star for poor mortgage services. a PRIORITY Buyer was pre-approved to purchase a home and appraisal was scheduled. When the appraiser never showed up after I waited for hours, I knew something was wrong. Byron Parks never informed us that the loan had been denied after weeks of patiently waiting! If the buyer was not going to get approved, then why the hell would Wells Fargo send a pre-approval letter? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this banking institution.

They double charge their customers and never do anything about it. Very unprofessional. Never doing business with them again!
Wells Fargo does not honor dates on checks (yeah right? Since when?) However they are rocket speed on honoring an (uncalled for) overdraft charge.
Don't clear a check before it is supposed to be Wells Fargo.
I first had the unbearable process of my brother passing before my eyes, & we literally didn t have time to prepare a lot for what needed to be done before his passing so we contacted an attorney who did his last will & testament while he was still coherent & myself going his sister there wasn t anything i wouldn t do for him if i could....as weeks pass i learn there s things i must do, so i set off to accomplish everything needed done only to be told by Wells Fargo associates that i don't have the required information.

Copy of last will & testament & executor of estate
Cope of title in my name (as I m transfer on death)
My brothers Death certificate
I paid this vehicle off under my brothers name (ironic you ll accept any payment but won t give me a lien release to sell the vehicle that you have no lien on anymore) which in turn has lost me two sales of it ALL BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A REQUIRED LIEN RELEASE.
I obviously can not get my deceased brother to sign the title over to me (even though I m clearly listed on the Missouri title as transfer on death & i do not owe WELLS FARGO ANYTHING yet.....I can t seem to get a SIMPLE LIEN RELEASE -it must be such a difficult task BUT I NEED THIS DONE TWO MONTHS AGO......I ve faxed allllll information required 4 times now....seriously just give me a lien release as the loan as been paid in full
Automated phone service is horrendous. Had to call back more times then a junky trying to score some dope. I think any bank would be better.
