Very poor interaction with recruiters. They will reach out to you then suddenly stop responding to your text and emails. Had phone appointments scheduled and they either called extremely late or not at all. What a lack of communication and overall professionalism for a recruitment agency . I corresponded with Julie M. and Shawn H.

I recently worked for CCS/Wellpath now... Coworkers were great but it's seems to be a lack of fairness. I was for 2 years mistreated by a coworker and nothing was done about it and I was made out to be the bad guy. No training from this individual for literally 1year and a half and no one bothers to question her?? Reported her to the ethics committee nothing done there either. People need to be reminded this is a correctional facility not a hospital or "mini healthcare clinic" It's technically a FARCE! Inmates lie and because of our screwed up judicial system they can sue and file grievances. Just a really convoluted system period!! Pill pushers that's all the nurses are and they work there for the money and Laxadasical way of being a true nurse where u would actually have to work. Nothing I would recommend at all! Sorry

HR is HORRIBLE.. The most inconsiderate company you will ever find. They do not have enough respect for you and your time to even contact you and let you know that you were eliminated from employment consideration. I thought my situation was a one-off but my sister and her bf applied for positions and it was the same thing. Interview after interview after interview and then you are ghosted. The HR department there is horrible I would suggest everyone this happens to send an email to Jorge Dominicis CEO and Ann Hatcher the Chief Human Resource Officer. I wouldn't expect a reply from Ann Hatcher as we all know the culture of respecting applicants and employees rolls from the top down.
