I have personally known Dr. Pam for over 25 years and watched as Wellness Forum has grown by helping people around the world. She is highly educated, researches in a detailed way...is NOT biased but has a deep passion to know and teach the truth about diet and true health. The information and learning opportunities at WFH are phenomenal...no affiliation with big pharma on purpose! They have classes, certification options, healthy cooking and demos, yoga & online physical training, healthy foods & personal care items. Do yourself a huge favor and investigate WFH...many free listings and always helpful staff...all questions are answered and backed up by science.

Unfortunately. The main doctor from this practice, Pam Popper, makes YouTube videos that are biased and one sided, without any REAL unbiased research. This is a public hazard NOT a public service. Please research your topics completely before trying to influence others.

Dr. Pam Popper's whole concept for her business is for people to be INFORMED! She provides all of the sources to back up her videos/newsletters/books so anyone who rates her low and says that she's biased is full of it. She doesn't drink kool-aid and she doesn't sugar coat anything. People who have a problem with her have accepted to many participation medals, ribbons, and/or trophies for breathing and not being a person of substance. Her whole business is for the individual to read the information from multiple sources and make up his/her own mind as to what is best for one's self/health. I've been to two of her conferences, read her book and used her website for information. The business and mindset may be too blunt for some but for those who are interested in the truth and bettering their health, she's great.
