Good size clean friendly staff and very relaxing. Great value for money

I went with my girlfriend who had bought a VIP treatment which included a welcome drink ( that we had pay for), lunch that we could choose free from the menu ( that ended up being an abbreviated menu of four small snacks of which we could choose one each), a shot on the sun beds (which the receptionist forgot so we missed our turn) and use of the facilities (three sauna's, a steam room, a bubble bath and a pool), And finally a gift (that we never received). We sat outside and tried to relax after the disappointing lunch which was difficult with all the trains going past! After a few hours we started getting quite hungry (due to the snacks we had as lunch) and decided to order a tostie with ham and after we finally managed to locate a member of staff as the restaurant was deserted!!! it took half an hour to arrive by that time we had had enought of our "relaxing day" so we just got dressed and went home hungry and unrelaxed.

In general it's a nice SPA, but the internal circulation is not properly thought. The restaurant is always in the middle... it just feels that something is not right. The staff, however, was extremely nice.

Great overall place, very clean facilities and awesome staff

I went there for a few massages and I'm likely to return. They might be a bit more expensive than a home professional, but you'll get a consistent quality and excellent availability.
