I've been to several Mazda dealerships to help me make my decision on purchasing vehicles. Alvin Rojas was the sales person I spoke with while I was here visiting. He set a higher price for my intended vehicle and is not willingly to provide the exact amount if I do not make the decision of buying the vehicle on that day. I found it to be less pleasing and less transparent toward their pricing.

He did provide an estimate but that was a lot higher than fair market selling point.

However, he was kind, patient and experienced.

Excellent sales and service staff from a small local dealer. I have purchased two cars from this dealer over the past few years and they are helpful and don't push for the sale unlike other dealers I have visited. I've been very happy with our Mazda's and will keep coming back to Wellesley Mazda for my service and purchases in the future.

Cole W made the entire purchasing experience easy, and transparent. we were trading a 2017 jeep and the management gave us a good deal on the trade in first time around. no nonsense and fair is the best way to describe these guys. I m very happy with the vehicle I ve purchased and have nothing but good things to say Cole and the team here, they are top notch and will gladly take care of anyone they can.

Cole made the whole process of buy a car very easy. He was even willing to text with me so we could figure out all of the logistics that goes with buying a car. Would recommend reaching out to him if you head to this dealership.

A very good experience. I was helped by Cole and he was very patient and not at all forceful which is very important to feel comfortable when buying a car. I went with so many questions and choices and he was patient to pull all the cars out for test drive and not once but allowed me to test and retest when I was not able to make up my mind. Once I signed the paper to buy a car he was very helpful with process and made sure I got the car at my schedule and it was all ready for me. I will surely go with him when I am ready for my next car.

Great dealership - low key, friendly, not the assembly line sales process at some of the other area dealers. Mike W. helped us through the sales process and answered all of our questions. The car is great and a lot of fun to drive, unlike the aircraft carrier sized trucks that pass for cars these days.

Had a great experience at Wellesley Mazda! I was successfully able to get our Nissan Rouge Sport and it was 100% because Of Mike W. Mike was so friendly and comforting, DIDNT PUSH or sell, and most importantly, listened to my needs. All in all, it was a great experience and would do business with them again.

Cole Wright did a phenomenal job helping me decide on a new car. He returned every phone call and email promptly and did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. He clearly explained all of the options and had obviously done his homework. He even offered to bring the car to my home if I wasn't able to get to the dealership. Be sure to ask for Cole if you are buying a car here.

Great buying experience and very nice people to work with. This is my first Mazda. I was , prior to this, a very loyal Toyota customer. Cole Wright was my sales person. But I never felt like I was being "sold" in the typical sense of the word. Cole and his manager Alex showed me the value of the vehicle I was looking at ( CX-5). Cole was very patient, professional and accommodating. throughout our interactions. I really felt like they wanted my business--but in a genuine way. They ultimately structured a very attractive offer and I accepted it with absolutely no reservations. Thank you Cole and Alex for a great buying experience. Side note: All the staff at the dealership seem highly professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Wellesley Mazda!

Very impressed with overall experience at Wellesley Mazda! Absolutely love my CX-5 and Mike made everything so easy. We showed up without an appointment on a busy Saturday and Mike was able to accommodate us. I told Mike what I was interested in and he provided knowledgeable information about trims and availability packages which helped me make an informed decision. He was able to find the exact trim and package I wanted at their other lot location and I was able to pick it up a few days later. Very responsive, great customer service, felt no pressure what's so ever! Highly recommend.
