Liked the community a lot. The staff is very helpful.

Very lovely environment and it's very clean workers work hard and are responsible for a lot they get the work done and have a great attitude about it

Don't enjoy living here, expensive and maintenance is slow

We have family in this neighborhood who has lived there a very long time.

We are all very disappointed with the demise of what it used to be.

Over time, it would seem that new neighbors have moved in that don't seem to understand what owning a house means.

1. Respect your home. Take care of it. You paid a lot of money for it. You will lose money on your investment if you don't take care of it.

2. Respect your neighbors who spend a lot of time keeping their house looking good and their yards mowed and weeded. They not only do it for themselves, but they do it for you as well.

This is a HOA community, and people pay a LOT of money to have a management company oversee what transpires in the community. As of the past few years, I'm not sure management has driven around and taken a good look at how shabby the neighborhood has become, and it's truly a shame that it has taken this radical turn for the worse.

Take pride in your home and community. Respect your neighbors for god's sake.

Management? Do what your paid to do and get this atrocity in the making, under control!!

We love living in this neighborhood. Quiet, beautiful, safe, friendly.
