I hav only given Membury Services one star as there is no option to give them none. I was traumatised by the lack of hygiene.There were no hand stanitisers at the entramc and the xit to the building. None at the entrance to the toilets. The ladies toilets were unclean and three of the four soap dispensers I tried were empty. Horrified to think others went from the toilets to the various eating outlets. I went straight back to my car and used hand sanitizer and wipes. This surely is the quickest way to spread Covid 19! On my return to Wales I stopped to Leigh Delemare Services. Perfect! Felt really safe. A member of staff pointing out the hand sanitisers on entering, toilets very clean and hand sanitisers on entry. Why can't Membury do the same. do not use this service station. Stay safe.

Personally my favourite services heading east on the M4. Has a drive through Starbucks, good facilities, good food on the go and a huge petrol station with plenty of pumps.

The smelliest most run down gents toilets I've come across, I'm only glad face masks are compulsory

Im stopping here every week...I just wish they will fix the hole in the slip road. Facilities are clean at all time.

Quite a nice service station.
All that you could need from fast food outlets and a small convenience store.
You get a KFC, Burger King, Subway and a Noodle Bar on the top floor.
As you enter the service station you are greeted with a WHSmith and a Starbucks.
The toilets were nice and clean, and actually smelt ok.
Plenty of parking and an outside eating area.

Easy access. A huge parking. Clean and tidy. Gas station. Good coffee and food

Great services to stop at with our favourite food and coffee franchises. Clean modern interior and all the usual facilities one would expect to find.

Hgv drivers be alert everytime I've stopped here someone has had curtain slashed or container broken into. Staff don't care which is expected. No security or cameras as expected and we pay a ridiculous amount to park at these places.
