Contacted me for a position and then hung up on me. Wow

This company truly cares about its drivers rental agency refused to let me rent a car and shelby and renee went out of there way to get me out of the jam and up to the terminal most other places would of said thats your problem not mine!! I will always be here becuase of what they did they made sure I wasn't stranded and got me here I will refer anyone I can to wel companys and tjey have a great atmosphere! Here I will be staying until I get fired lol!!

I had a dedicated from Indy to Illinois route. They made me go all the way to Orlando and then from there to Michigan. It was 1205 mile load that they refused to pay me for because they said the customer didn t sign the bills.. My driver mgr Shelby was aware of this happening the day it happened. She never spoke about not getting paid, nor have I ever heard that you don t get paid those miles if something happens to your bills. So a load that took mulitple days I just did for free. Payroll is just as bad when you call them. For these reasons I decided this mom and pop company was not for me. My advice for anyone working for this company check all checks and compare them to the loads, keep copies of everything you do as well.

If you like small pay checks and no detention or lay over pay , than WEL is the company for you.

I currently work here. Have been for about 6 months or so. Since then, they have given all company drivers a raise from .43 to .46 and again to .50 cpm. That along with the miles given, I run hard so I get alot, you can make some serious money here.

Trucking is no game. It's hard work. If you are out here OTR you might as well work hard right? Thats my mindset. Come work here and run until your clock runs out everyday and never be late for pick ups and drop offs, you can make a good amount of money with this company.

Bonuses every month as well instead of quarterly.

1st time here. They sent me to a secondary warehouse which was just one street over. Loaded me and out of there in about an hour.
