I recently engaged with this company for a project, and I found the experience to be quite lacking. The communication was often slow, and I encountered several hurdles that could have been avoided with more proactive support. While the concepts presented were promising, the execution didn't quite meet my expectations. There seemed to be a disconnect between the team members, which made collaboration challenging. 🥺 Additionally, the timelines I was provided felt unrealistic, leading to a sense of frustration. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement in their processes and customer engagement.
