I recently purchased some lumber from this company and I must say, my experience was just average. 🤷♀️ The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products, but I found their customer service to be lacking. 🙄 The employees were not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in assisting me. 🤔 Additionally, the quality of the lumber I received was just okay. 😐 Some pieces were a bit rough and had knots that affected the overall finish of my project. 🌲 However, the pricing was reasonable and the delivery was prompt, which was a plus. 🚚 Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality. 😕
