Don't know why but their service has really gotten...

Don't know why but their service has really gotten bad - needed some furnace work done - gave them the part numbers and was told it would take 4 or 5 days to get parts - 11 days later still hadn't heard anything. Ordered parts myself and had them within 24 hours. Was always satisfied before so no idea why this happened.

I have the same experience as, Michelle Bolden when it comes to the owner of Weidner Refrigeration, not very professional. I received a angry call from the owner when I ask for a return service call, after not accepting their bid for a new furnace installation.

I think the companies has talented technicians but the owner does not treat the customers well.

We got up at four in the morning with our home at 89 degrees. I called Weidner Refrigeration Inc. - they had a technician at my home before 700am!! They were fast, efficient and good at their job. The technician had a clean professional appearance, and explained everything to me in simple terms. Great customer service!

I called Weidners out for a second opinion. Kyle came out and was professional and knowledgeable. He told me what was wrong with my air conditioner, I asked him if he had any idea of what I would cost me and he shot me a GUESS but said the boss does the bids. Okay fine. So I call to see when the boss Weidner could give me an official bid. The next day he called me and said he was working on it and would email me but it would be close to "X" amount which was way off from the Tech guess so I inquired why is was so far beyond the Tech guess and he got really defensive and rude like I was trying to low ball him which I totally wasn't. Long story short he was rude/short and snappy so I'd rather pay for the Tech service call that to give Weidner's any further business or lump sum of money. Good customer service goes a long way Mr Weidner, the company I'm going with quote is about the same as yours but the guy was PROFESSIONAL
