I listed my condo for sale with Michael and his team, and ultimately dissolved our agreement early and pulled the listing because of how unprofessional and disrespectful he became. I looked to set up a meeting after several weeks without results, and though Michael said he could make himself more than available on a Sunday evening, when I took him up on it, he told me he was surprised I had and wanted instead to watch the Patriots game. Weichert placed me in Michael's care through their referral office, and after this experience, I will never use Michael, or any Weichert broker again.
I went here to learn about real estate; Michael is a fantastic storyteller and helps make the lessons something you can remember. He helps with standardized testing strategies as well, making passing the test much easier. Great examples and teaching of what being an agent is!
For a school and real estate agency that presents itself in a very helpful, professional, & welcoming way. They really demonstrate their values after you've paid for the classes and completed the courses.
I'm thankful for achieving my salesperson license and the classes I took there. The information is presented very well and Michael does great at teaching the course work. It's all in the effort to feed their strategy of filling up their classes & seats, only to make potential agents believe that they will give you an opportunity or help you grow in the industry. Once you are licensed.
Which it turns out they don't. If you go through the work, study, pay for the classes, & then the exams. Once I achieved my license, it is not informed that they only hire people they like or in their words "makes the cut."
During the classes they will tell you, they'll do everything to help you get into the field and grow. Only to not give their students an opportunity. But they will gladly still send you mass emails asking for referrals or anyone you know that needs real estate "help." Doesn't help make good working agents look good in the field, when encountered with unprofessional agents & agencies like this.
