Weichert is great, and the Corporate HQ Sales Office is the best team!

Mislead their customers; disrespectful to their clients; realtors do not have enough experience; financial office is a sloppy process and mislead you to believe you are getting the mortgage. DO NOT use Weichert for home sales or your financial needs unless you want a headache. Falsely advise you on the process of buying a house.

I love being a part of this office! I love Weichert, Realtors how they stand behind you and your clients. Opportunities, people, everything is great. Very proud to be here.

RED FLAG #1: Weichert Property Management is such a poorly-run and poorly-managed company that they are in a seemingly continuous state of rebranding. In my time as their client, they were first known as Weichert Property Management. They then rebranded and became known as Aureus Property Management. Now -- (not so) shockingly -- Weichert Property Management is back, baby...and worse than ever. From a client's standpoint, these transitions have been exhausting and tedious, and incredibly, with each rebranding their service has only gotten worse, not better.

RED FLAG #2: Weichert Property Management/Aureus Property Management is impossible to find reviews for online. (In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this review itself were to magically disappear overnight.) I've been told by my revolving door of property managers at Weichert that they serve a couple hundred of clients; so, it makes little sense to me that there's not a SINGLE review to be found online of Weichert Property Management in the NJ area, nor a SINGLE review to be found online of Aureus Property Management. Is there someone at Weichert working around the clock to rid the internet of reviews? These people, clearly, do NOT want you to know what you're getting yourself into.

RED FLAG #3: Weichert Property Management/Aureus Property Management is unresponsive. Period. I grew to realize that receiving a response within a month of my initial contact -- whether sending an email or leaving a voicemail -- was as good as it was going to get with these people. This unresponsiveness was consistent throughout my multiple years as their client.

RED FLAG #4: Weichert Property Management/Aureus Property Management did not perform a thorough move-in and move-out inspection across multiple tenants of mine -- leaving me with absolutely no record of damage done to my unit -- and I've spend thousands of dollars in improvements that are due to Weichert's failed oversight. Furthermore, my unit incurred flood damage in the basement that my tenants made Weichert aware of within hours of noticing it -- yet I wasn't made aware until almost two weeks later.

Talking with two of my realtor friends, they were not at all surprised by my experience. Apparently, word in the industry is that Weichert's property management services are indeed, a complete joke and an utter disgrace. I only wish I'd gotten away from them sooner!

RUN -- do not walk -- from this property management company.

The LAUGHABLE AND INCREDIBLE PART OF IT IS, YOU CAN EVEN SPEAK TO A MANAGER, SUPERVISOR AND ECT.... BECAUSE THEY ARE THEY ONES DOING THIS LOL. THERFORE I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO WRITE A REVIEW ON EVERY SITE I CAN FIND SO NOOOOOOOOOOOOO ONE WILL GO THROUGH WHAT I GO THOUGH

Please if you are looking into Weichert property management do not go for it! They will sweet talk to you to get your business and once you sign the contract they do not take care of their clients. We signed the contract with them and every month there was problem. They never paid my mortgage on time, they always sent me wrong amount on my rent income, never paid my water bill on time!! Worse part is they do not take ownership of their mistakes. They will send you from one agent to another... Never return phone calls...never return emails. They do not do proper inspections on your homes...we ended paying out of pocket because Weichert lacked doing exit inspection the proper way. We are still fighting to get our money back and no one from Weichert will give a proper answer...but being with them for 12 months I have come know that it's means they don't plan on giving you your own money back. Please research before doing any business with Weichert. Weichert does not care about you or your property. They care about their commissions and that's it. If you hear these names nancy m., Barbara j. Rebecca W. Or any one from head quarters they will all ignore you instead of taking ownership to their mistakes. If there was negative rating below 1 star I would give that! WORSE WORSE WORSE EVER
