Mr. Steve Wei took the time to go over documents with us and help us sort through what liabilities and deductions we had based on our current situation. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I saw people had issues with customer service - I can t always reach them by phone easily, and the business model has room for improvement - but with a little patience they do return calls. Busy small business. My dad has been using them for years.
