One of the worst companies to deal with. Very poor customer service. Very rude on phone. I was made to run pillar to post for an annual physicals payment. I wish there is a way to provide -ve stars

Trying to conduct business with this company on behalf of members. Called 4 separate times and given the wrong info each time. Asked for a supervisor and was placed on HOLD instead of being transferred to the VM. this type of business will not last if they constant treat people this way! I am in NO way surprised they have such a poor rating. Saying they have terrible customer support is being generous!
If I could give a zero I would! The absolutely WORST INSURANCE COMPANY! You are better getting a state insurance rather than them. I pay a monthly insurance coverage, to only be sent a $1400.00 ER bill. This insurance company is a SCAM. Look elsewhere for insurance coverage.

They do not pay claims in a timely fashion. When you call for claims status, they say you are calling after hours, yet they never mention what their business hours are.
Worst company ever to work for. Management is Horrible! John is over the mailroom and data entry horrible manager he gossips all the time like a women. He tells the temps to tell him all the drama never resolves the issues just makes it Worst than gets you fired especially if you are a temp.Never does a meeting with everyone to get to the bottom issue. If you work for this company watch out for this guy i have describe with very very poor management!
If I could give less stars, I absolutely would. Unprofessional and rude customer service reps who treat their customers like idiots. I certainly hope none of you have the misfortune to deal with such a lackluster insurance entity.
