I had an experience that didn't meet my expectations. Communication was lacking, and the project timelines were often off, which made it difficult to manage our objectives effectively. The end product, while functional, felt rushed and lacked the polish I was hoping for. The customer service could use improvement as well. responses were not as prompt as desired. I appreciate their efforts, but thereβs definitely room for growth. ππ
