One star for great customer support from SOME of them. Most of them are useless and rude sadly. Hosting is SLOW and always have an issue. Moving to another hosting company is the best decision I've ever made so far. Would not recommend you to entrust your websites here.
Really good service, reliable and very friendly. Was very impressed by the help given by Rachel Davies when we hit a difficult patch. All issues and problems have been sorted out very quickly and in the last 4 years we've only had a couple of minor outages. All in all a great company to deal with.

Awful service, have 10 months left will leave...told there is unlimited storage..technically correct but inodes is an issue apparently...prior to this issue it had gone down on me at least 3 times. Now there is this issue it's a daily occurrence. Won't help me resolve it, service is appauling. No apologies, no phone line for technical support. Slow speeds, rude staff...avoid avoid avoid!!! Probably will stop my server because of this review! Please do yourself a favour and choose someone else...the price isn't cheap in comparison to others either!
A top-notch hosting service with top-notch support. The speed and up-time is amongst the best. And on the odd occasion when I've run into any size of issue the speed at which the support team (yes, especially George Shaw) are able to decipher what I'm trying to describe as a fault, implement the fix and get me back up-and-running is astonishing. Truly outstanding.
George Shaw is a great adviser. Smooth, patient, listening and polite responses. A good model for training advisers. I got a very excellent solution to a very difficult problem. Thanks mate

Good hosting if you dont experience any technical difficulties above the level of sharpening a pencil, The support side of things leaves an awfull lot to be desired, from opening a support ticket for an email sending problem all i got was please wait a bit longer or a response telling me the problem was exactly the same as i had told them in the ticket, 28 hours later still no resolution despite me pointing out the obvious that the problem was relay authentication on their server, If you think this is bull I have the chat transcripts to prove every word. so as its still not fixed its quicker for me to change hosts than wait for "Support"
I couldn't speak highly enough about this company. I pretty rubbish with I.T and web host have been great in supporting our business with the web hosting and email account never had a problem. and Rachel Davies has been excellent in helping me through the live agent chat facility. no waiting times either. utterly brilliant !
