Weber Grill Restaurants Review

Absolutely amazing! Steak is so tender and flavorful! Husband had the meatloaf and that was great!!!!

This is a solid choice if you enjoy grilled meats, and first class sides.

Salmon was great, but portion size rather meager. Salmon (6oz.) and a serving of green beans, that's it. Not worth the price. Nice friendly atmosphere.

I have been coming here for about 2 years and today will be my last time. The service was poor. The menu "changed" within the last 30 days, the hamburger selection is horrible, no brisket, no pulled pork. They no longer give the pretzel buns you have to ask for them. When they bring your food not the way you ordered it, extremely rude and behave as if you did something to offend them.

Finest place to have some food when in a hurry. Their service is rapid, pricing is reasonable, fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot.

Very nice, but casual dining. Open kitchen is cool idea. Seating should be moved further from area. Food was phenomenal. Staff was attentive, they surprised our daughter with a graduation dessert.

The customer service is constantly fast, great ambience, kind staff. I will come back again when I get here.

Excellent restaurant with quality food, but the service is what sets it apart. I order the prime rib, which was recommended by the server. It's a popular menu item, and rightfully so. The cut was only available in medium - well, as the more rate cuts had sold out. Unfortunately, I was delivered a well done cut as it was all that was left. Because of it, the server and manager more than made up for it by offering any other dish. It was very generous. The best part was the server Paul. He didn't make me feel like a complainer. He hopped on top of the minor issue and sought to ensure customer satisfaction. It was a great experience by an exceptional professional. Thanks Paul.

During the last 2 visits to Weber Grill in Schaumburg we experienced being neglected. This visit our waiter had 3 tables to wait one have 12 people. We needed to ask for bread, appetizers and drinks several times. By no means was it the waiters fault but the amount of people he was responsible for. Just wanted to bring this up so it does not become a chronic issue.

Food was hot! Very clean! Service was Great! Can not wait to go back again!

THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY AWESOME AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY !!!! THE FOOD IS BBQ'ED AND TASTE FANTASTIC !!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WEBER GRILL !!!!!!

I will start with just my only bit of criticism. The pretzel bread was delicious but it was a bit cold, the first tray they brought out. The second was a little warmer but it'd be better if they were even just a bit warmer. Second, the s'more cake, while delicious, was a mixed bag. It too was lukewarm and left something wanting with the fudge it was packed with. Had it been warmer, it would have been killer. I don't recommend the desserts because they seem premade and does not match the caliber of their dinner menu.

But their dinner menu is out of this world great. I really wasn't expecting a classic grill company to have such an amazing restaurant. Every other part of the experience blew me away. The waiter was cordial and well spoken and checked in on us way more than some other local places. The strawberry daiquiri they made was perfect, even though it wasn't on their menu. A manager stopped by informed it was our first visit and give us a free sample. Their backyard brew is great, highly recommend if you like Blue Moon style beer. And so many options of dinner. From reasonably priced burgers to USDA Choice steak to BBQ and more. But there's more thought put into it then just a lot of choices. The BBQ menu mimics that of all the great BBQ restaurants, even offering 3 choice platters with a brisket that's near perfect. The steak menu is like other steakhouses. It's really like being in three different restaurants at once.

Like I said, I'm blown away. I'll be back many times to come. Can't believe it took this long to come here, but it was worth it.

Food was so tasty. Looking forward to returning with my relatives. Feels like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed visiting.

Came for a bridal shower, the food was excellent and the service was unbelievable!

My partner and I came in one evening for a nice dinner to celebrate milestone accomplishments in our lives. We kept our matters private and ordered drinks and apps like any other occasion. After making small talk with a gentleman who came by our table ( presumable the manager on staff) he set the tone high for our experience. He asked if hobby with any Weber products and I replied that I do own the Weber Smokey Mountain and I Love it! We talked briefly and he let us be to enjoy our evening. He later came back towards the end of our evening and presented me with a wonderful Cook book that s tailored to my Weber product. I just can t express enough gratitude for the experience we had. Thank you for it all. :)

Although, the customer service for the Weber product s needs improvement.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, however, the food did not measure up. I had ceasar salad and it was salty, and i had Turkey burger that also was salty .. The menu seems limited .. . . And might i add the portions were small compared to the price.

Very tastey food. Get a lot of food for your money. It is alittle pricey so we go for special occasions. It's very nice and clean. Service is very good

The tent was ok. We dressed for the weather and brought throws for our laps. The food was good but of course gets cold quick. They could use a few more heaters in the tent as they only had two.

Only reason to dislike is cause of awkward late response from front desk. We reached there for a dinner invite and the front desk lady stayed on phone more than needed without acknowledging that we are there. Another waitress passed our way but didn't entertain till host arrived. I felt like walking off. However their table service was awesome and the guy attending our table was pleasant and attentive enough to take care of everyone on table.

Appetizing interior, good food and booze selection.

This is a very nice restaurant...I just don't see why it's extremely popular at the Schaumburg location...or any location, really. It's a grilled product--and however good, it's something that anyone can do in their own backyard. Maybe I'm becoming an old fuddy-duddy.

I took 16 people at an off hour. 2 had under cooked food, 1 over cooked, and 1 had hair in her food. For $700 I expect more! Last time I'll be eating there.

Easy to get a table on a Friday night. Not much traffic. Decent fare.

Place for meat lovers, lots of good menu options. Friendly staff. Was very crowded even on a Wednesday, can only imagine what weekends are like.

Tl;dr: Steaks are cooked to perfection. Service is timely and great. Wait times could be long but understandable.

My Take: Service is great at both lunch and dinner.
Steaks always cooked to perfection as well! Nothing more to say than this is one of my favorite steak houses to go. And yes I didnt put a steak for a must try because their Garlic Mash Potatoes are DELICIOUS. Must try. Even if you have to get it a la carte.

This place was crowded, I felt rushed while I was dining with my friends and family member. Food was okay, but feels like missing something. I would not come back for a while.
I would recommend other place for better price and quality.

One of my favorites is the herb parmesan crusted chicken. Steak is always perfectly cooked!

Disappointed that Weber changed their menu and no longer has a ribeye steak for one. The one offered on the menu is for two and nearly $100. Otherwise good service and experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. We enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere and the food. The staff were very attentive. I am happy we ultimately managed to visit this place.

We dined with Mike at the bar and he was great as well as enteraining. The ribs were cooked perfectly and the lobster tail special was also amazing. We were a little disappointed with the shrimp scampi appetizer cause it was too citrus based so that's all you tasted. Managment/Corporate dropped the ball with replacing the nice check holders to dirty pamphlets - it just makes a nice dining experience seem cheap at the end.

All very good except for entrance is in the same area food is prepared. People gems have a smorgasborg. Very bad placement because that's where the crowds gather. One reason we infrequent Weber grill.

The meatloaf is some of the best you will ever have. They also have multiple choices on bbq sauce.

Not a big fan of BBQ, but good if a friend has a taste for it.

Very good place if you are looking for a summer fix in winter. EVERYTHING is cooked over a charcoal grill and the flavors are amazing. Go with the combo and explore at first so you dont miss out on anything. The smokie flavor goes great with the Backyard Brew if you are a beer drinker.

Due to our server Sue, we did not enjoy our dinner tonight she does not do a good job giving her tables attention , It seems like she try s to spend as less time as possible at the table , she was not busy either she only had us and one other table

Nice place. Not the best steak house, but very good. They do blackening very well.

The food and service were beyond our expectations. We truly liked the ambience of this restaurant. First-rate restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

My wife and I participated in a grilling class. Very informative and the food was great.
