We are regular cruise passengers but have never encountered logistics management as poor as this one. The tickets sent the first time include errors of name and first name (which were nevertheless well informed in the original questionnaire). An error however simple but it took them more than 2 weeks to rectify a part, the tickets sent 2 weeks after always involve error and we managed to have the good version 2 days before the departure. All without any proactivity on the part of the support team, it was necessary that it is the customer who calls, and who reminds each time. Never the team took the initiative to keep us informed of the situation, the person who ensured our follow-up never had precise information as to the time of resolution of the problem, never contacted us to inform us of the progress and showed me rather unpleasant on the phone every time he had to answer us.
