Excellent service from Reece whilst my A5 was in for service. Kept updated throughout, car was immaculate on collection

My two previous vehicles have been Mercedes, and with each Mercedes purchase I requested a complimentary umbrella which was duly provided and was greatly welcomed.
Prior to taking delivery of my new Q5, I requested a complimentary umbrella. I was advised by Kris that he would see what he could do. When I collected my Q5 the handover went well, I didn t mention the umbrella because I genuinely thought it would have been placed in the boot for a nice surprise when I arrived home. However, I was quite disappointed that an umbrella was not provided. In addition I was advised by Kris that he would call me two days after the collection of the Q5 to check everything was ok, I did not receive a call back until after I had completed the Audi UK survey some 3 days later. When Kris telephoned me I did mention about umbrella and again he said he would see what he could do, and if possible he would post it to me. As yet, over a week later nothing has been received. There is currently a Mercedes branded umbrella on the rear shelf of my Audi.

Martin helped me find the car I wanted and got me an amazing deal to go with it! I had an amazing experience not once but twice with Audi and will continue to purchase cars from here in the future! Excellent service provided, Lewis was very flexible regarding delivery dates and moved accordingly to suit flight times from Aberdeen. A fantastic service provided by all involved.

Having had my initial contact by telephone with Greg Hawkins, we met Greg to see the car that we were interested in. From the moment we arrived we were treat with the utmost courtesy, and Greg explained everything about the car and arranged the test drive. Although we never purchased the car, the customer service was outstanding, and Greg and the team bent over backwards to get us in the car, it was just a shame that the car eventually was not for us, but would certainly contact Wearside Audi and Greg when ready to change one of our current vehicles, easily the best customer service we have encountered for a very long time
