The old Mona's (Milwaukee's Out 'n' About) has been lovingly reinvented. The friendly owners take excellent care of their guests, and know your name and drink after just a few visits. I'm very happy to have discovered Wayward Kitchen.

This place is the hidden gem of Walker's Point. Every time I have been here the food is excellent and interesting. The owners are always around making sure that you are enjoying yourself. The brunch drink specials are great, 3 for $15 bloodys, mimosas, or screwdrivers. Try to beat that at any brunch place in town! The menu is dynamic so I suggest returning often to see what has changed. Check it out!

Love this place! The menu changes often, but every time we've been here our food was amazing. Their fish tacos were some of the best I've had. The beer selection features local brews from smaller, less known breweries such as Brenner Brewery. This has turned into a favorite spot of ours. It's never busy when we come for dinner because no one knows about it, but I hope it gets busier because it's a place worth keeping around!

The menu largely revolves around Asian-fusion bar food, and everything costs $2-$5 more than it really should. The ramen-bun sliders were fine, but the roasted chicken dinner was tough and bland, and the squash salad was a single wedge of unpeeled butternut squash in a handful of greens for $12. That about sums it up. The beer list was ordinary, with no surprises or worthwhile specials. Go to Lulu or Comet instead.
