As a patient and a friend or family member, Wayne HealthCare is an excellent asset to our community. The staff at the hospital is efficient and professional and truly concerned about you getting better. We are very lucky in Darke County to have such an advanced healthcare provider available.
I filled out a form for financial aide since we are cash pay, a error was made saying we made 80 million a year i was told someone would call me back to correct it and they never did. So now not only is something on our credit illegally i get to pay double for subpar care, my son broke his arm they said it was a spring splinted it and Monday using the same X-rays our hospital had children identified multiple breaks and confirmed with a updated X-ray.
We already paid children s bill off But Wayne can t even get their act together to set up payment! NEVER again
This place should of been shut down many years ago ,Dr's aren't like they once was ,this place needs to straighten up for sure ,they act like they don't no what there doing ,sad people have to go through this

Worst health care I've ever seen heard of and even experienced better yet don't ever visit this town. Even the cops judges and lawyers are corrupt no one cares about anyone but themselves. It's a hole in the ground.
Waited 2.5 hours for my daughter to be seen. It took me telling the nurse that we're leaving to get a doctor to see her. Didn't get seen by doctor due to going to children's hospital. I hope that someone from administration sees this.
Wayne health care think they own you because of covid. They will not let a power of attorney make any legal decisions for an elderly paitient with dimentia. I definately strongly suggest not using this place! It's a total joke of a hospital.
All though, I would give this place Zero stars. But to leave a review I had to give it one, staff here are incompetent, and rude, and I feel like they are taking the COVID-19 Rules a bit too far, staff in the Maine lobby said my 12year old, go back to visit her uncle in ICU, but the the CNA at check in, in the ICU department, told Me, she was not even allowed in the hospital. She was not kind about it at all. I would personally not recommend this hospital, I would rather drive the extra time to Dayton.
I have used Wayne Hospital three times over the past couple years, gall bladder surgery, kidney stone and a-fib. I have always been treated promptly and the nurses have always been very attentive and polite. Some people don't realize you get out of your hospital visit just what you put into it. The nurses and doctors need information not just It hurts. I would recommend Wayne Health Care.
