Picked up a load here, arrived much earlier than my appointment time and they loaded me early.
Unprofessional environment with no proper standard procedures of how to do things. I don t know why these reviews are so highly rated, this company in the warehouse deserves a 0 star. I never seen such a high turnover rate as Wayne s or Dover s has. The problem is hiring random folks off the street or foreigners who barely speak English to work for supervisors who are arrogant.
Revently bought now Dover fueling , not a public place to visit the factory setting isnt safe for most people.
Don t come before appointment, if you on appointment still take more then 2 hr loading. Some people don t even talk nice, shunter is nice to talk , one white guys very nice and quite,
Fast-paced assembly environment goes down all day everyday. Production at its finest. Great diversity + employer.
This is an awesome place to work and they produce the best fueling products.
