Wayland Village Drug Review

I really like to patronize individual establishments, and am fairly new to Wayland Village Drugs. What makes me uneasy about this pharmacy is the ease of obtaining prescription medication without verification. At the larger pharmacies, a photo ID is required with a date of birth. Another detail that is lacking here is the professionalism of a dress code. I have never witnessed pharmacists or techs in casual street clothes with no way of identifying their profession. My mechanic wears a uniform. My trash pickup person wears a hi-vis vest with the company logo. Restaurant staff- uniforms. Gas station attendants- uniforms. Staff at my doctor's office- all uniforms. It would be wonderful to see a pharmacist and their assistant dress the part by wearing a lab coat. In my humble opinion, sports shirts and jeans belong on a customer :(

I will continue to keep getting my prescriptions here, but honestly they have some of the rudest staff members I ve ever talked to. So disrespectful anytime you have a question to ask, and can t bother to ever smile or say have a good day. Nothing polite. Not saying this goes for every pharmacist that works in there, but almost every time I go or have to call it s rare I get someone friendly.

Love this pharmacy! So helpful, they go out of their way to answer questions and quickly fill orders.

Amazingly organized.. Fresh produce Hot and cold deli and Pharmacy also has a drive thru.

Very nice people work there, except the male manager, he thinks he's funny and makes inappropriate jokes! Super fast service.
