I was impressed with their appointment system and their COVID safety system . The artists there are extremely talented! I ended up booking an appointment for myself the following week. Way cool has amazing service! I definitely recommend you take a look here for your next trip! They offered me food and water and the staff is super cool. Adam, in particular took his time while doing the concept we drew up and although it was the first session, I couldn't be happier. It was a great experience. Definitely coming back after my second session for more ink.

Even though the front desk staff were very friendly and the shop is clean and bright with a good atmosphere, the tattoo I received is so poor it looks like a child drew it with crayons. This was done by Jamie and it will require getting completely redone after it heals.

Oh where do I start? Rossie is a solid 11/10 piercer. Seriously, if you re looking for a gentle, safe and caring piercer - look no further! I ve been pierced by her a handful of times now and my experiences, healing and jewelry changes have always been easy going. She will try her best to suit your needs, will honestly tell you if your anatomy will not work with a piercing and give other suggestions. She is precise and quick! Rossie truly is an angel and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their first piercing or add to their current collection.

Got my daith pierced here by Norman. Did not feel it at all, he's an excellent piercer. Staff is very friendly and non-judgemental, even in the face of my 4 previous Claire's piercings.

I just got my nose pierced by Josh and it was a wonderful experience! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to after-care and making sure everything heals as it should. The shop is very clean and well run. Busy though, so best to make an appointment. Everyone there is friendly and good spirited. Will definitely be going back as I have a couple of tattoos in mind!

Rossie was great for my piercings! Place was clean and welcoming, she knew what she was doing and they use the best quality of piercings. Definitely recommend

Came for a conch piercing. The staff was awesome, they treat you like a friend and will definitely make you smile. There was also a great selection of jewellery there and the piercer explains what would be best (such as size) for you while still giving you a variety of options. In prep for the piercing the piercer did a great job explaining everything including after-care and infection prevention, then cleaned and disinfected the area, and after did the breath walk-through which definitely helped with handling the pain. Will for sure return for future piercings, definitely recommend. Apparently there is also parking in the back which I missed so I parked nearby, but keep that in mind should you drive there.

Rossie is the most incredible piercer around! I have had many piercings done by her and it feels like visiting a dear friend when I get to see her. Everything is very clean, she ensures I understand everything that will happen and she knows how to make my ears look so beautifully adorned! With Rossie, I know that I am getting quality and whenever I am concerned about a piercing or how it is healing she will respond to messages and have me in to take a look at it if needed. I will always recommend her to my friends and family, and she is the only person I trust to add more metal to my ears! Cannot wait to go see this beautiful and incredible lady again. If you need a piercer, 100% go to Rossie!

I love this place! I was nervous for my first piercing, but they walked me through the whole process very professionally. Aside from that, they were very fun people to talk to, and I will definetly go back every time I go to get a piercing!

I wish the artist (one in particular, I forgot his name) shows more professionalism in using his language, time and presentation. He should do exactly how the original design looks like. He lacks of mastering the grey areas. I can't even post my tattoo he did just recently on Instagram due to poor quality.

Got a nose piercing, and a helix done by them last year. They did an amazing job at making sure I knew what to expect for care, and healing. Would definitely go back if I ever wanted to get more piercings done.

I booked an appointment for my friend and I to get our navels pierced together. On the day of our piercing we walked into the shop to find it to be extremely clean. We where welcomed as soon as we walked in with our piercer waiting for us (we were late for traffic but still had zero issues) our piercer looked at my friends navel then mine and decided she wouldn t be right for one biased of shape, luckily for me I was good to get it. My friend decided to get her cartilage pierced instead so we both could get a piercing. The piercing room was very clean and professional looking. I was terrified of needles and only had my ears pierced with the piercing gun before. The piercer walked us through the cleaning routine and how to keep our piercings in perfect shape, while my navel jewellery was being sterilized in the same room. I was walked through all the steps of the piercing and was assured i was in good hands. Needless to say the piercing was a breeze! I was amazed and absolutely in love with my piercing. My friend got hers done and we where both happy! I love the shop and the environment everyone was very friendly it was extremely clean and very comfortable inside. I would 100% recommend getting a piercing here, from friendly staff, to clean environment. My friend and I are very happy to have been lucky enough to been pierced at WayCool Tattoos and look forward to coming back again!

Rossie is an incredible piercer. She is comfortable, patient, knowledgeable, kind, supportive, gentle and honest. And - her taste in jewellery is exceptional. I have had 2 front helixes, 1 conch and 2 flats pierced by her (the last 3 were in one sitting), and many jewelry changes. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish, every time.

I highly recommend Rossie for any age; she defines professionalism and customer centricity in every experience, because she is authentic to her core.

The first time I went into the shop- it was great! The staff were friendly and really focused on communicating and understanding what I wanted - they were welcoming and I was really impressed. The place is always clean and I like the set up of booths. However, since my first tattoo I've been to the shop two more times. The second time my first artist no longer worked there so I got paired with a different artist and he did a terrible job. (he ruined a letter in the middle of a word and by making that single letter much bigger than the rest- it looked sloppy) So I went back but they said it was impossible to correct the mistake. Because of that I took a break from tattoos until my most recent visit. This tattoo was a really tiny one yet it cost more than my other tattoo which is 5 times the size. I felt really ripped off especially since he didn't properly quote me before tattooing. I left with a sour taste in my mouth since they charged me double what they should've. The current staff are not very friendly, unprofessional, and were slacking off. The tattoo itself took 10 minutes, but I was there an hour and a half because no one had their act together. I was loyal to this tattoo shop but now after my past 2 visits, I think its time to look for a new place. In conclusion, it was a good shop 6 years ago when I started tattooing but now the staff are not devoted to service and they're really overcharging clients. Its a shame since it's so close by and I have many more tattoos planned- but it'll have to be done at a shop with better care for their clients.

Incredible place for a piercing!! Warm greeting, super kind atmosphere and caring stuff!! The process went SUPER WELL!!! All my questions were thoroughly answered, I could tell they knew what they were talking about and that they were confident in their skills. Norman went through all the steps for my helix piercing, explained everything really clearly, and everything was SUPER super clean and sanitary (I was impressed by how cautious he was with it, great job!!!). Thank you so so much, I am so happy with my piercing and I will definitely be back if I choose to get another one :))

I ve been going here since probably 09. I got my first tattoo here when I was 16, and have gotten every one since here. Josh is always great at the front of the store with customer service. Jamie did a calf tattoo for me and 2+ years after doing it recognized it when I was at the shop recently. Casey is also one of the coolest tattoo artists I ve ever met, he s done 50% of my tattoos now. Nothing but good experiences!

i got a walk-in tattoo done here and i am so happy with the result. adam did my tattoo and he was so friendly and patient through the whole process and i couldn t have asked for a better experience. all the staff were so lovely and i would 100% come back here again :)

Had an amazing experience with Rossie and Norman doing a tandem ear piercing for our six year old daughter. They were absolutely professional, while engaging our child and having full consent from her before proceeding with anything. I typically really really did like this place until they got a new receptionist. Every time I've gone in the receptionist has been extremely rude and hard to deal with and has refused many many services that have made zero sense to be refused. Like buying the topper for my nose ring that I have four of. She needs significant amount more training to be working where she is working to give a good experience to customers who walk in. I love the piercer I love the tattoo artist but the receptionist has completely ruined it for me

I got a custom tattoo from Brandon B, and I was amazed at how well the process went from beginning to end. I came in for a consultation with him, and he immediately saw eye to eye with me on my idea. He suggested some adjustments to my digitally drawn design that would make the tattoo look better, and I made them right away. Two days later, I came in with my friend, and Brandon made us very comfortable. It was a rib tattoo - one that is in a more painful area - but Brandon's sense of humor made the experience much better. I gave him creative freedom and he made it even better than the design. I wasn't hesitant to trust him because I was blown away when he remembered very subtle things I said during my consultation. I am definitely going back there to my next tattoo - very good environment and talented staff.

If you're looking to get a good tattoo done do not go here. The work I got done was horrible, the "artist" got high before hand and messed up every single part of my tattoo. This shop is the definition of "you get what you pay for". Trust me when I say pay extra money and go somewhere else.

The staff match you with the tattoo artist that best fits what you are looking for. I had a hand-drawn, custom tattoo done by Adam and he did an excellent job. Very professional and very focused on tattoo after-care. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and very patient. They even take music requests as you get your tattoo done :)

My whole family has been going here for years! Everyone working here is extremely helpful. I personally would recommend Brandon; he is a fantastic artist who is ready to help and aid in anyway possible during the tattoo process! Took my mom here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Really amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Husband got a great coverup tattoo here a few years back that still looks great. Professional and highly recommend.

The piercing at this location is amazing. It takes a LONG time for them to explain piercing care but it is so important. Because of them, I have had no problems with my rook piercing (and im prone to problems). I dont remember the man who pierced me (this was 4 years ago) but THANK YOU for the amazing service.

This is the only place I trust for piercings. Josh is super knowledgeable and he takes time to listen and answer all questions you have thoroughly. He definitely knows what he is doing; I got my industrial done here by him and it s healed great, they use good quality jewelry and make sure your experience is a great one. I haven t gotten any tattoos from any of the artists here yet, but I plan to soon because of the good experiences I ve had with the piercer. Definitely recommend going here if you are just getting pierced for the first time and have a ton of questions that you want answered well, or if you re just adding to your collection!! :)

I got my first tattoo last year - a rather large half-sleeve piece that ended up being less than satisfactory. It was a year of regret especially since it wasn't a cheap or painless endeavour. It was by chance that I stepped into the Way Cool Tattoo Parlour in Oakville a couple of months ago and was referred to Jamie to re-work the original piece.

Long story short: Jamie dynamically changed the design, the intensity and the character of the original artwork. The piece came to life in a rather unbelievable way. Of special note is the fact that it is not just a job to him but rather a creative experience, which he takes personally and very seriously. There are times during the course of his work, where I am thoroughly satisfied with his work (or unable to cope with any more pain!) but he has an over-arching vision which he does not compromise on and continues to tweak even the most miniscule of imperfections.

The rework on the original tattoo is almost complete and I have to say that what was once just a random drawing has taken a life of its own and become a very treasured experience and form of expression for me. I cannot recommend him enough.
