Interviewed for a contract position, the engineering manager stated the position was an emergency. The manager and a 70+ old women I d be working with, neither had any comprehension of how large aerospace companies coordinate work loads, and made assumptions. Neglected to acknowledge most current positions on my resume and capitalize on 10+ yrs old experience on my resume, as well as cut me off when answering his questions. A very poor atmosphere. I do not recommend.
