Customer service for komatsu parts and komatsu feild service is absolutely awful here. And I'm forced to use them baecause they are the franchise dealer in south Texas. I have resorted at times to paying the franchise dealer from Louisiana to drive to Texas for repairs to my fleet because of how awful the service is from wpi Houston and wpi corpus Christi

If you leave a job to work here, be careful. It doesn t mean they ll keep you. The interview process continues for weeks after your first day on the job.
The job site is located in a dangerous part of town. You ll be safe as long as you don t leave the building. The building itself is prehistoric, like something out of the 1930s, but it does have some modern conveniences like a refrigerator, 2 microwaves, and a coffeemaker. The windowless work area is depressing and the constant sound of passing freight trains is nerve wracking.
On your first day of work you re giving a chair. No paper, pen, phone, or work area. Instead, you roll your chair into a cubicle with a fellow coworker who will begin testing you. Testing not training. You will be asked questions, asked to solve problems, and given test assignments. This goes on day after day without respite.
Like a boot camp, this form of training is to break you down and build you back into a singleminded worker bee. Thinking outside the box is NOT encouraging. This company is resistant to change. If you come from a modern company and you have a dynamic background then you will have to leave all this behind as you move forward.

Horrible, It makes me never want to by a Senebogan. I can never get service and parts answer the phone. It taken me an hour of repeatedly calling to get anyone to talk to Then when you get them on the phone they have no clue of what they are doing. I do not recommend them. Horrible.
