We have also used them for our rental home plans, lot line changes, mountain property development, and also questions regarding water development. They are easy to work with. Their response time is great and it is always what they say it will be, which I really appreciate in the construction world. Their ethics and expectations for their own work are high and refreshing. They get right back to you, and Tim will advise you with respect and clarity if he feels there will be concerns. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding specific building laws and ordinances in Cedar City, and in Iron County. I would highly recommend them as the premier engineering firm in Cedar City.

I have hired Watson Engineering on the engineering of two walls I've had built over the last two years. They were very nice to deal with, both times. We had some issues over property lines and boundaries, (with neighbors and hoa) and they made sure to be precise when dealing with this issue on surveying. They were very professional and made sure the walls were built to the standard that we needed. I would use Watson Engineering on any future jobs I may have and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and professional experience when hiring a surveyor or Engineer.
