We were traveling through Verona, NY with my two beautiful Yorkies and one needed medical attention, not emergency but attention. All I received was lWe are not accepting new patients . No help what so ever. What is it with our medical system, human or our lovely pets. No compassion here

Outstanding service and follow up! Dr. Gilchrist saw and treated our sick German Shepherd an hour before the clinic closed on NYE. She couldn t walk and he came out to my car and carried her inside. He called to check on her New Years Day! I was happy to report his treatment is working and she is up and moving around. Thank you!

These guys are great. They do what they're able to during emergencies. All other vets in the region said "call Syracuse emergency clinic".... but they are very kind here.... They also don't rush to get off the phone with you. They listen to you and sympathize.

Called with an emergency at 10:30 in the evening. Dr. Was still at Clinic finishing up. Immediately took me in and calmed my nerves. Took phenomenal care of my dog and was a major Comfort to me. Called me immediately with a cancellation for surgery. Would not have been able to do it without him. I am very grateful for Waterville Veterinary Clinic
I can't say enough good things about waterville vet clinic! They have a great team of very knowledgeable vets that are always there for you and your pet and genuinely care! I have been a long term client and even after moving away I still will travel an hr and a half for the care at waterville that's how much I trust and and appreciate there superb care of my animals for years and years to come ! Your foolish if you are using any other clinic for your pets care in the CNY. By far waterville it's leaps and bonds above the competition.
