Sharon is always polite and ready to help. Web app is useful and the drive thru is something every bank should have

I cannot believe the kind of elementary run around I got while trying to get some help from this bank. I am not a customer thank goodness, because no one was able to offer me help. All I wanted was to be transferred to someone who could get me information on what to bring to a meeting with the loan department. Pay stubs payoff information, small bits of information so I can come prepared. It's like no one knew which way was up. Terrible call service.

I have a personal senior checking account and business checking accounts at the Watertown Savings Bank in Waltham Center. Manager David DeMarco's tellers and David himself are wonderfully professional and personable. I enjoy the speedy services provided, and I have referred several friends to the Bank so far. The bank also funds a non-profit education project that improves the education and environment of the town of Belmont, Lexington, Watertown, and Waltham.

I have never had a bad experience at WBS. My. local branch, Waverley square, is the best!

The one on pleasant street is always great. Church street is poorly staffed and the ATMs are always malfunctioning.
