I had a wonderful time at Waters Edge The Strand! The location is absolutely breathtaking, and the staff made me feel like a valued customer. I can't wait to go back!

The experience I had with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find all the necessary information about the products and services they offer. However, I found the customer service to be slow in responding to my inquiries. It took several days for them to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, once I did hear back from them, they were helpful and addressed my concerns. The quality of the products I received was also average. They were not outstanding, but they were not terrible either. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service efficiency and product quality. Despite these shortcomings, I had an okay experience with this company.
