WaterRower (UK) Ltd Review

I use to work for this company back in 1997 when it was located in Hammersmith , industrial estate, London,
Peter King was my manager, great place to work, i use to manufacture the whole machines from scratch, gluing the tanks was an extremely demanding task.....going round with the service van and attending Henley regatta too, we did exibitions in Kensington Olympia, i had lots of fun, colleagues were amazing, now my Swiss friend has one and soon we will visit them too.

I have had my WaterRower for a number of years now. Arguably one of the best purchases I have ever made.
Replicates the feeling of rowing with the soothing sound of the water in the tank. Easy to use and easy to store. Looks amazing in my front room.
From my first telephone enquiry, through to any help that I have needed the customer service has been brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always happy to help. Would highly recommended.

Great machines, incredibly well built and they look very stylish. I ave one at home and one for my staff in the work place gym. 5 Stars.

The WaterRower is the best purchase I have made in a long time. It honestly feels like you are out rowing on the water, and I can use it in the comfort of my lounge room! It also stands up against the wall when I am not using it ! Would highly recommend

I would highly recommend doing the appropriate research before purchasing a WaterRower.

High maintenance, unreasonably expensive machine add-ons, pricy replacement parts, poor build quality and a shock show from customer support does not bode well for future problems arising. In which customers will more than likely be chasing for parts and explanations from the naive support team.

Keep in mind, WaterRowers are relatively quiet, but this is a compromise on quality and longevity against a Concept 2.

Will be warning friends and colleagues to stay clear of WaterRower if they are debating between them and a Concept 2.

I have had my Waterrower for over a year and it s the only thing I am happy to use for exercising.

Purchasing a WaterRower was the best decision I ever made for my health. My fitness has increased dramatically just by using it daily. It's easy to move around, so I can use it in the living room, outside, or wherever I feel like it really. Such a good machine, I can't recommend it enough!!!

I run a fitness class and use Water Rowers. They are great pieces of kit to be honest one of the main things that my clients like about the class is the Water Rowers. They look great and are a pleasure to row on.

I have recently taken delivery of my British Rowing Waterrower and it is exceptional. It's beautiful and functional. It is a piece of art. I loved putting it together because then I could see just how well constructed it is. Rowing is comfortable and fun. I have the iPAD attachment and that is also really cool, but the sound of water is really good. Dealing with Waterrower as a company is also brilliant. They are quick to reply to queries and run a very professional business. I guess the quality of their product is a reflection of the people n the company. I'll never not have a Waterrower in my house. I cannot wait for somebody to come over and ask me what it is!

Love the WaterRower, have been using this machine for years now and cannot fault it! It looks great and is really simple to use. Its helped me to get fit without having to spend money on a gym membership, everyone should have one of these in their home!

Order never arrived.

Customer service basically said they didn't know what was happening and would check into it, after several calls and checking with the courier myself it turns out they had known all day it wasn't going to be delivered and were simply lying. They could have told me in advance and saved me wasting a day of work.

This is despite them calling me to arrange this particular date. Day of work lost for no reason.

Order cancelled due to the terrible customer service, if this is how bad it is when you're trying to give them your money I can only imagine how bad the after service is.
