I had the worst time with this company. What shoul...
I had the worst time with this company. What should ve taken two weeks took 6 months and I didn t even get approved at the end. Here are the things that happened:
-they called the wrong phone number repeatedly for over a month, then were rude to me and my advisor when they figured it out
- it still took them about 2 weeks after that for them to set an appt up with me, even tho I called repeatedly.
- they asked my husband to do a medical requisition, even after he d been approved.
- they claimed to have sent the requisition forms to my doc, but they were no where in my docs records and had to be rerequested a few times before we got a copy.
- they harassed my doctors office for forms, even after the doctors office had sent them. Making me think they d lost them. By harass I mean calling 3+ times a day, even after the receptionist told them repeatedly they d sent them. They even called while we were there for a separate appt. However, they didn t log all these calls on their records. They said part of the reason I didn t get approved is because my doctor couldn t expand on a situation that happened ten years ago. As he s only been my doctor for 3 years and that situation no longer affects my life, I think that s an invalid reason to deny someone insurance. Although I wouldn t want it from these guys anyways at this point.
