They make it very hard to contact someone in the office.

Poor trained staff who doesn't do its service on time to its clients. If you will call the office, all they do is transferring.

The LHIN allows me to work in a flexible environment so that I can be available to my clients while at the same time being available to my family when need be. The staff, training, and guidance keeps me from experiencing any burnout.

Horrible service- rude.o ly concerned with getting off work.on time.
I needed an i.v redone.they couldn't do it.they were too concerned about other patients.so they sent me up to the e.r to get the i.v
Waste of time. very unprofessional

Poorly informed. Not fully aware the Rights of Ontario patients. Appear to be reluctant to talk to the individual's Doctor. Not fully aware of the Hypocratic Oath. Talked to a third party about tye patients health prior to talking to the Patient themselves. Overall - Amateur.

The place left me feeling confident, the special people you have; I wish I could be a part of. They have the best care in K-W!

That woman sure has patience! She handles a lot! It's truly hard to star such amazing people.
I believe Jane & Jeff deserve the humanitarian award! That Jane sure deserves something, she does everything, even to listen to you on the phone b/c of having a bad day, she keeps you positive. Jeff, is the best at what he does! He has such compassion and has intriguing solutions!
Please do something for these two humanitarians!

It's their first day to come over and change my husband's dressings and someone called in the afternoon. They sounded confused as to what was supposed to happen; said they would call back and nothing. He is "on the list". Now we sit here and wait. Hoping as the week progresses it gets better.
Changed the star rating from 2 to 4 as it has gotten much better as the week went on and they have all been great. The first night the nurse had to call 911 as my husband passed out from the pain and looked horrible. She remained calm throughout it all.
