Watercraft Sales Service is awesome. They diagnosed and repaired an intermittent problem we had with our 40hp Yamaha. Three other outboard repair services looked at boat in the past 2 years. My family has been using Watercraft Sales in Three Lakes, WI for most of my life, since the early 1970s. Always honest and reliable and on time.

We rented a ski boat for the afternoon to tube and wake board. After returning the boat they looked it over and claimed we damaged the side of the boat. (I did not hit anything with the boat). They showed me where a small decal was scraped off on the side and we would be responsible for the damage. After thinking about it I remembered when one of the work staff was moving the boat off a lift over to the pier he bumped into the pier on the same side of the minor damage to the boat. I brought this up a few times but they denied the accusation. They said we would have to wait until Monday the following week for an estimate from service. They said it would range from 40 to 340 dollars. The following Tuesday I received a call and an estimate of 545 dollars, which conveniently was what was put down as a deposit. I felt I had no recourse but to accept what they claim and pay the amount. I strongly encourage anyone who wishes to rent or purchase watercraft to stay away from watercraft sales, or at the very least inspect the boat thoroughly before going on the water.

I purchased a used recent model wakeboard boat from Watercraft Sales from out of state. As most know, buying an expensive used boat from pictures is very difficult as pictures don't show blemishes. Ryan had great communication and provided me the details and pictures I needed in order to make the trip and feel confident I knew the condition of the boat. When I arrived, there were no surprises and smooth transaction.

We bought our ski boat here almost 15 years ago and have had repairs done here. Their service department is high quality.

Bought a trailer for my pontoon, a little confusing on locations, water front for boat sales, second location down the road, i think.

We took our nitro boat to these guys after it quit on us. Their service guys went above and beyond to fix our boat since the wiring had been messed up from mice! They had to completely rewire the boat and only after tracking down the guy who had set It up since Nitro no longer used that particular schematic! They checked to make sure our boat was working properly and promised to take care of any issues!! Couldn't ask for better service!!

Very nice people. Discussed all items on my snowmobile rental. I was given an almost new sled so I was very confident in the ride.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I've been speaking to Ryan the past 5 months to get something done. Everytime I spoke to him it was "oh, I'm still working on it". I've been constantly asking when our boat will be taken out of the water, because it is now October and we just had snow. They say first thing Monday morning, its first thing monday morning and still nothing, so I call at around 11 still waiting for them to take my boat. And I get a call from this very rude woman named Nora demanding we pay in full before they could even think about taking our boat. I said if we dont pay right away in full, does that mean you dont want our boat at your marina? She said "well yeah if you're not going to pay in full right now and its gonna take over a month to get payment we dont want your boat here". They waited until the day I was leaving to go back home to tell me this, which is a very big inconvenience because it is so late in the year and now I have to stay longer to find someone else to take my boat out. Thankfully Sportsmans is willing to work with us last minute. I will never use watercraft again and I would highly reccomend doing it yourself before you even consider going to watercraft. All they will do is put it off until last minute and F you over.

We rented a pontoon for a week. Beautiful boat that worked great. We appreciated having the depth finder as a feature as it helped guide us through some of the narrows between the chain of lakes. They spent the time explaining the features of the boat. It took a little longer but appreciated the overview. The prices are a bit higher but it is worth it for the quality of the boat.

Our family purchased our first boat in 1979 from Watercraft. We have purchased other boats over years, because of their customer service and fair pricing. In the fall of 2017, we ordered a 2018 Nautique. We can't wait for the summer 2018!! Great and honest people at Watercraft.

First place we searched to find a boat motor. They didn t have what I needed and Mike went above and beyond and called other businesses to help me find what I was looking for! Would definitely recommend!

What a great experience at Watercraft Sales in Three Lakes Wisconsin. The team was super attentive and very nice. From the owner to all the associates helping, they were polite and made you feel comfortable and like you were a friend or family.

I can not begin to explain how amazing of service we have received not once but twice from Mike at watercraft sales. After our 2018 Nitro Z18 was smashed when a building collapsed this spring Mike did everything to help us and get us set up in an even better 2021 Nitro Z18. Watercraft sales went out above and beyond to help us, it was amazing. Every single member of the staff was amazing. I hope not to buy another boat in 2 years again, but if I buy a another boat it will be from Watercraft sales! Thank you you all so much!

Had a great experience buying a new Nautique from these folks.

I'm not easy to deal with. I ask a lot of questions and have high expectations. I want things my way. And to make things worse I research and study various aspects of most new acquisitions, oftentimes changing various things.

There is no possible way that our salesman (also WS president) Ryan was not frustrated while working with me. I tortured him for 2.5 months before taking delivery of our boat. We had long conversations about prop pitch, the benefits of a tower down versus a tower up cover (100% tower down!), trailer wheels, the different bimini options, lit cup holders, speaker options, blah blah blah. And then when we finally pulled the trigger and made the purchase we wanted immediate delivery.

Ryan put up with all of this. He answered my calls rather than sending them to voicemail. Furthermore he probably called me as often as I called him. And this didn't stop after he made the sale.

Regarding this particular sale I also worked with Nora in Parts who was also exceptional. The boating season is short and I wanted spares on hand. She questioned their technicians to build a list of critical parts. On one occasion I needed parts shipped - she took the time to package in such a way to reduce shipping costs.

What it boils down to is that I would highly recommend Watercraft Sales. The Lamons run their business with a high level of integrity. We remain very happy with our purchase and our dealings with Ryan, Nora, and others at WS and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Ryan and Mike are both awesome to work with on sales, service and parts are always ready to help with any of your needs. Service and customer care after the sale are important to these guys and they back it up.

I and 2 buddies recently rented 3 sleds from Watercraft sales over the Feb 10th weekend. They were professional, like new sleds and have only positive things to say about the experience.

Bought a new Tracker boat and everything was great except they wanted to charge me new price for a used boat cover. Even though they admitted the cover was on the boat for 2 or 3 months or more They wanted the full price of a new cover ($560). As far as I am concerned once the cover went on the boat for any amount of time it is used, but they said "no, you don't understand the boating industry." Maybe not, but I understand new or used!
I suggest you do not deal with this place...Rice Lake will be my go to marine dealer from now on.

Our association with Watercraft Sales over the past year has been a pleasure! From the many, many on-line builds for the PERFECT pontoon, to finally launching our boat, we could not have been more happy with the experience at Watercraft Sales! Mike Bell was very patient and his input was invaluable to our final build.
We took delivery on our new Bennington Friday afternoon. Al was really thorough with his users tutorial at the ramp (great guy and patient teacher!). We launched and when we cleared the channel we gave it some throttle. Whoops! RPMs went up; speed did not. Al put it right back on the trailer and took it back to Three Lakes (Dang!). The next morning at 10 AM they called to say it was fixed and was I ready to take delivery again. You just cannot ask for a better dealer or service!

Dropped off our Nautique v-drive with some pretty serious damage to the prop, rudder/rudder port, and gelcoat. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Katie helped work with our insurance company and gave us regular updates on progress, the repairs look great, and we were able to get the boat back in the water faster than we'd hoped. A very positive experience.

Working with Ryan was an outstanding experience. I live in UT and worked with Ryan to buy a 2014 Mastercraft. This was the first long distance boat transaction that I have completed. I can t stress what a great experience Ryan made it for us. Ryan was able to provide pictures, videos, and answers to every question we had about the boat. Ryan was able to work to get a shipping company that was very reasonable and was very attentive. There was a great deal of trust not seeing the boat in person before it arrived at our house. I have to say everything was exactly as described, pictured and videoed for us to know exactly what we were getting. It is easy to see why this is one of the top 100 boat dealerships in the country! Would definitely buy another long distance boat from Ryan.

Very displeased with the service. If you re renting please make sure you video record the vehicle before you drive off the premises as well as when you drop it off. We rented the snowmobile for one day and returned it early Sunday morning. To our surprise, not one employee was on the premises. We were instructed to leave the snowmobile unattended by the employee over the phone. Finally, they inspected the vehicle 24hrs after we dropped it off. We received a phone call telling us that the snowmobile was damaged. We are careful drivers and didn t have an accident while the snowmobile was in our care. However, Noah told us she reviewed the camera footage and no one hit the snowmobile while unattended. Unfortunately, for us we had no proof that someone hit the vehicle while unattended nor did we had proof that the vehicle was undamaged upon arrival. So we had to take Noah s word that it was our fault which resulted in a healthy fee. A pricey lesson learned. For future reference, please make sure you go over the vehicle with the customer the same day and time they drop off the vehicle. This will ensure they are aware of any damages before leaving the premises.

The absolute best experience I may have ever had with a business. Took care of us we made a mistake they helped with that and had an amazing attitude about it. Boat was top notch machine and I couldn't have asked for a better time. I will give them my business 100% of the time I go up to the northern lakes. Friendly, Helpful, Quality, everything with this place was perfect.

Bought a 2016 boat from Watercraft Sales 'sight unseen' via their web site. The sales rep (Mike) was great to work with. He thoroughly covered all aspects of buying the boat and directly addressed all of my tough questions. When I went to pick up the boat the condition was as expected (very good) and found the Watercraft staff very pleasant. The delivery was also a great experience as they assigned a staff member (Al) to cover all the functions and features of the boat/motor/trailer. There was no rush and just like the sales process the delivery was very thorough all the way to the final paperwork. Overall experience with Watercraft Sales was excellent because of their professional first class service. Hard to find these days.
