A divine experience provided by Emanuela. My daughter took me here for a special evening and I just fell in love with this place. Best products used, great attention to details and a super clean place. Will be back again

Suzi just gave me the best massage I've ever had.
She will make you feel amazing. My wife was quite happy with Francis as well, but I can only vouch for Suzi and five starts aren't enough.
The soaking rooms are incredible, although not all of them have a cold plunge. So if you like the cold plunge as much as I do, then inquire ahead of time.
This place definitely spares no expense on fine detail.
I'm so glad that it is here. If you need to treat yourself or give a gift, you won't be disappointed.

This was a place everyone should visit

This was a place everyone should visit
If you love steam saunas and hot tubs this is it
Great variety of rooms with different tubs sauna and steam rooms,
Unreal massage
As well
The whole place makes you feel like you are there to relax
The front desk area was a little cluttered with stuff
Trinkets that are all over the counter for you to try and purchase
Which seemed a little much
Thete was plenty of things around the front area for sale that putting it on the counter was going to far
Love it and will be back

I really enjoyed my time at Watercourse Way. From booking my time to the end of my session in Six Dragonflies, I felt well taken care of and was impressed by both the staff and facilities. Super relaxing and a perfect way to melt some of that work stress away!

I was never a hot tub/sauna kind of person but boy does this place get you relaxed!

Definitely not those creepy hot tub places, Watercourse has lovely decor and the themes for the hot tub rooms are pretty neat!

Easily make your appointments over the phone!

Clean, serene and feels like a high end hotel spa, but without someone pushing products on you. Employees are respectful and kind. 10 minutes before time is up is a polite knock. Prices are comparable to the next closest hot tub place(the other place is seedy, and not even close to the same quality.)

Honestly, I had heard it called Intercourse Way and expected something seedy, like the other place I have been to, but sometimes I NEED to be in hot water to stretch my back muscles properly. I had not expected such a serene and emotionally nourishing environment. Best hot tub place I have been to in my life.

Great place bit pricey. But then again this is in Palo Alto. Just wished they had a communal section where you can stay longer and enjoy an outdoor garden. There are cheaper Korean bath houses but this one is upscale.

Very relaxing way to end the work week. Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Pleasant, helpful staff. Small shop where you can purchase candles, bath products, jewelry and books. Small parking lot, but went late in the evening so ample street parking.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Staff don t know the inventory very well and most of the staff just stand around congregating in the back. I went to the counter to purchase a few things and there were 7 staff standing there. They looked at me and just stood there until I asked if I could make a purchase. I went back a few days later and the same thing happened. I don t think anyone would notice if you walked out without paying.

My wife & I had a wonderful time last night. We spent 50 minutes in the hot tub room before our couples massage that we upgraded to add CBD. We felt totally relaxed with our massage therapists Noah & Nancy. We will definitely return!

I have been bringing my mom and mother in law for about 3 years now and they love it every time. They are only Spanish speaking and have always been accommodated and received friendly service. I also did a prenatal massage when I was pregnant and it was the best!

Wow. What an incredible place. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the interior entrance was stylish and welcoming but the rooms are unlike anything I've ever experienced.

We experienced a room with a sauna/shower, a jakuzi and a cold plunge. It was high end, rustic yet modern perfection with tubs constructed from brick and wood, almost all controls customizable from the lights dimming to the pressure of the jets to the water temp. I cannot wait to go back!

This place is my weekly getaway. The tub rooms are individually decorated and they are all beautiful. I've had treatments with several of the therapists and each experience has been spot on. The therapy rooms are comfy and cozy. All of the front desk staff are so professional and really have my best interests in mind. The therapists are very well qualified and know different modalities so they can conform to the guest's preferences. I have been to many spas and I still go to different ones here and there but Watercourse Way will always be my #1 go to.

It doesn't get better than this. Watercourse Way is a serene, luxurious "daycation" spot in Palo Alto, perfect for escaping the Silicon Valley stress. You and anyone you bring will enjoy a private soak room that boasts unique tilework and art. Relax in the hot baths, take a refreshing plunge in the ice pools, and sweat it out in the sauna. Then it's time for a massage! I've only ever had Swedish massages here, and they're the best I've found anywhere.

This place is INCREDIBLE , book it right now. I haven't felt this relaxed in so long.
The parking is "eh" so get there early to find a spot or book an evening. Hot tub, individual cold pool and steam room really hit the spot

Relaxing, but the wait area gets zero stars. For the price you pay, they could do better to create a more inviting space.
Kudos for allowing kids in the tub rooms for people without childcare.

The closest thing to a Japanese-style onsen that I've found in California. It's a lovely, romantic spot - and the perfect third date (if you really like someone and they're not too squeamish about being naked). Go for a room with a hot tub, sauna and cold plunge - it's invigorating and offers a nice change between temperatures.

Also, if you can, get a massage - it's a nice relaxing experience after your already relaxing experience.

Watercourse way is an amazing retreat. Just walking to the door you are greeted by calming waterfalls. Inside the atomsphere is quiet and relaxed, with low lights, aromatherapy and soft music. The tub rooms have all the necessary amenities: towels, hot tea, ice water, shower, light controls, music controls, jet controls. We love the rooms that have a cold plunge and a dry sauna, but every room we've tried has been excellent. We've never had trouble making a reservation and parking is available on site. This place is great for taking a quick break from daily life to relax your body and mind.

Best place ever. I wish there were more of these throughout the Bay Area. I've only used the bath suites but holy cow are they incredible. Each room is super private and includes a hot tub, shower and a small bed to rest. But what you really want is one of the ones with the cold plunge and either the sauna or steam room. They are divine! I love the themes in each room as well. Being a lover of saunas, my favorite rooms are 1 Pine and 8 Stars. I go for 90 minutes if I can. And I come out a new person! So relaxed and wonderful. Its also a great place to have deep conversations with your loved one. Love this place!!!

Overall a pleasant experience. Not easy to find a sauna/cold plunge experience in this area. Service was good, and the building is pretty. My wife and so used room #8 for an hour (hot tub, sauna and cold plunge). Several details that could be remedied with some additional attention paid. The waste basket in our room looked like it had been dumped, but had several items stuck to the bottom that took away from my experience: used bandaid, what looked like a wart pad etc. Of course it was in the trash and so it wasn't unsanitary, it just took away from the clean, fresh feeling of the room. It sounded like there was some construction going on (wood sawing?) adjacent to our room through the duration of the experience. Dramatically took away from the relaxation. Given the purpose of the rooms, it would be great if that kind of thing could be done when customers aren't in. Similarly with the hot tub - the chlorination was heavy enough that when you turned the jets on the smell was overwhelming. Again, not such an egregious error but that the purpose is to relax. All that said, I do feel good, the prices are reasonable, and I may very well be back

Always serene and great smelling upon entry. The little gift shop out front has jewelry and smellies with the hot tubs on first floor and massage on second. My husband and I go ONLY to Watercourse for the hot tubs. The rooms are pretty, super clean, and it's all yours. You can soak and take a shower in your own room. The rooms vary. Several are the same size but the most beautiful has a large jetted hot tub with a sauna and a cold dipping tank. I didn't use the sauna or tank but the design of the room was Moorish and unbelievably beautiful. I love this place and will not go anywhere else.

The massages and masseuses are great. This low rating is for the front desk staff, I have been to this place a few times and have noticed that I do not receive the same customer service as other people who are also checking-in for their service.

My girlfriend and I decided to forgo the Christmas...

My girlfriend and I decided to forgo the Christmas presents this year and treat each other to the 90 minute couples massage package. I highly recommend booking in advance as this place fills up quickly. We had a morning massage which is a great way to start your day because you can stretch and move throughout the day and ensure that you get all those toxins out of your system. We were in room 1 prior to our massages which featured a Sauna, Jacuzzi, cold plunge, and shower. I always enjoyed being able to get in a Jacuzzi and warm up my muscles before the massage. Each massage is different and can be the luck of the draw, but I had Betty for a deep tissue massage and she did a great job and would recommend asking for her. Additionally, we did the hot stone massage vs the exfoliating dry rub because the 90 minutes is then a full massage as opposed to losing massage time for this treatment. After the massage, you are led to a bathroom to shower/rinse from the oils.

My only thought about the place is that you will be moving from your private room to your massage room at the same time as everyone else. This can take away from the relaxation, but you quickly are right back to relaxing once in your massage
