Jim 5 was very pleasant and did a fine job replacing our thermal expansion tank. Was very accommodating. Would use again.

Tim was our technician who installed a new water heater. Tim called us prior to arrival to make sure we were home. Removal of old water heater and installation of new one was completed in about two hours. Tim was very competent, tidy, and informative during the process. Tim conducted himself in a very professional and friendly manner. We would highly recommend Tim to others in need of similar services.

Grady did a great job with the service visit for my boiler. It wasn't having trouble, but I called to have a service appointment to understand what I needed to know about maintenance for it. He replaced the old thermocouple, cleaned the whole thing up, and explained to me what I need to know to maintain it or what would indicate an issue. I am mich more comfortable knowing all is well, and that I can call Waterbury to help me out if it ever is not. Thank you, Grady!

Checked outlets on deck and bathroom. Tripped GFCI in bathroom. Ryan was very thorough in determining why our outlets weren t working. We have always been happy with the services from Waterbury.

I've used Waterbury twice now. Once for a furnace issue and once for a plumbing issue. Both times the service technicians were prompt in arriving, courteous of me and my home and able to fix my issues the same day. Would recommend!

Jim from Waterbury was extremely helpful in assessing the problem with our water heater and walking me through how to make the best choice for our new one. He was efficient with his time while waiting for the new water heater to arrive at my home and explained new features with our new water heater as well as some best practices. Thanks, Jim!

Tim was amazing. He explained What he planned to do and made sure I was okay with his approach... Then he completed the install and went over all the different pieces that they installed and how to use them. He went over at the warranty and also gave me a tip to run my washing machine with no clothes in it to ensure there's no residue in the pipes. He was fantastic!

Tim did a great job going over what our options were with all the fixes we did and getting a new water heater. He put a lot of effort into looking at the manual to see what the warranty was for this water heater. He really did his research. I appreciate the time and the effort he put in.
