Very nice hotel with updated decor and rooms. Gorgeous view of the river, but you may hear a train or two going by at night, especially if they need to use the horn. The lobby Starbucks didn't seem to be open either day we were there but the shop has sodas, water, beer, and wine. The staff was great with anything we asked for. Unload your luggage when you pull up to the lobby. The walk from the parking garage takes a while.

Great location with access to the rail trail. The whole building is beautiful... very sleek and modern! With spacious & clean rooms! Comfy bed! Decent prices for what it is! Most of the staff were very friendly and eager to assist with any needs we had!
My husband and I lived in Morgantown until recently and had visited the hotel before. It was always clean and very nice. We came up for the weekend to visit and our first choice hotel was here. We got a King bed corner room and on first inspection it was amazing. Then we started to look... The room was filthy. There was dust in every nook, the couch was filthy, there was dirt and food particles on the floor, the bathroom floor was filthy and turned a towel brown when we cleaned up water, the shower was orange with hard water stains. We had 2 flat pillows on the bed, there was no mattress protector, the mattress pad was ripped and the comforter under the duvet cover was stained yellow. The first day we were there we went to leave for a few hours and literally ran into housekeeping on our way out. When we came back several hours later, the room had not been touched. It s sad because the hotel used to be so nice but they clearly do not keep up. I don t think we will be staying there again.
Very nice hotel with lovely waterfront view! Nice and clean, with dated but good size pool and hot tub. Rooms were done in a modern flair but they didn't have microwaves in the rooms..you had to go down to the main area for that. We needed some cutlery and straws and there was no where to get it but to go out as the restaurant in the hotel was closed. There was just a brown bag given to you for breakfast with an apple/small bottle of water and granola bar in it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Sam at the front desk was very accommodating and made sure we were well looked after.
I showed up just to stop for 8 hours for some sleep, not only did I get the slightest (but very appreciative) discount, but the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. He answered all my questions before I had to even asked. I forgot his name but I know he graduated college in 2019. He deserves some recognition for 1) being a good human being 2) but mostly being great at his job.
Heaven on earth lol me and my wife had a great time. They need microwaves in the room though that would be the only thing that would have made it even better.
Very modern hotel with up to date luxuries. The corner rooms with a view of the river creates a very rare view. The rooms are quiet enough to make you think you are the only person there. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The shower is amazingly roomy. To top it off, parking is free. The hotel is minutes walk from many great restaurants and boutique shops. The service is what you should expect to get from every hotel when you are away from home. I forgot my car keys in my room and the staff had them before I even made it back to the elevator. The best place to stay in Morgantown.
The front lobby/indoor restaurant is gorgeous, sadly enough the restaurant was closed due to not being in season according to the front desk. The pool was nice and clean as well as the hot tub. The double shower head was really cool and relaxing. But the wifi was not easy to connect to. Also paying for park per day is not fair. You're already paying for the room that's why I can only see it being 4 out of 5 stars.
